The technicians and service manager were both very polute and highly informative when helping explain the complex series of problems my vehicle was having. They cpild not guarentee the repair because of a part beong discontinued and were incredibly helpful in helping me weigh my options and keeping me informed. Just a great group of guys who did right by a guy in a tough spot and i couldnt be more thankful!

It took a while but it was fine. The waiting area is good enough. I got free tire rotation but they didn't balance the tire right. It was pretty bad. But they got me in and corrected the mistake. Overall pretty happy.

Scheduled a spark plug change. on appointment day you didn't have plugs. needed to come back next day. opportunity is to be prepared for appointment and get parts in advance.

I needed an AC recharge and Todd was my first time at Midas. While there I asked them to do an oil change and tire rotation which they provided a coupon for. The work was done in a timely manner and now my car is nice and cold again just in time for the Florida summer!!

I was concerned about a leak. So Bill Payne recommended a doing an inspection 1st . He agreed with the previous assessment from the dealer. Very expensive to replace& VW is known for minor oil leaks after x miles. So recommended to change oil every 6 months & monitor.

Good greeting at the counter. Easy to make the appointment. Competent mechanic who explained what he did. Performed general inspection on filter, oil change, gauge tire treads, checked brake fluid and shoe pads, etc. Was able to pick the car up at the appointed time clear and waiting for me. No delay, no stories. Fair pricing for the work done. This is the second return to this Midas location. I will surely continue to patronize them in 6 months for general inspection once again.

I was concerned about a rumbling noise I heard when pressing the gas. Preston figured out what was wrong in less than 2 minutes and resolved the problem in less than 45 minutes!

My service provider was Jimmy. On 3 occasions now he has been completely honest with me on my service needs. Last summer I thought I needed a battery, they checked it and it was fine. Then last fall I thought I needed brakes. They checked and informed me “maybe next time”. Today, I was totally expecting to need brakes, they inspected them, and no need yet. It’s hard to find honesty like that in this day and age!I will return here often, and tell friends and colleagues to visit here. Kevin Reed

I got 4 new tires. Not the brand I wanted, was told those weren’t available anymore yet I found them on the website. However the changing of the tires was done in no time. I was very impressed. Pressure tested my cooling system and found a leak and needed an hour and a half to change it out. No problem. Two hours later they tell me it doesn’t fit, can only get from a dodge dealer and it’ll take 4 days. So I have to come back after I wasted all that time…..not happy

I have been to this particular Midas location several times to have my vehicle serviced. Jimmy is the only person I have come in contact with while having my vehicle serviced. He makes you feel welcome from the second you enter the front door. He is very professional and guides you through the check in progress in a breeze.

I have always had great experiences everytime I bring my car into this Midas.
Each time I've been there they have explained what was found and if they were unable to what is needed they recommended someone that was dependable and able to fix the problem. They were kind and professional.
Easy scheduling, appointments were available during my time frame, friendly staff, clean store and knowledgeable and courteous staff. I went for brakes, but they explained my brakes were ok, and noticed I was only 500 miles from my next oil change so they called and asked if I would like that done instead. They could’ve just replaced the brakes, but they did the respectable and honest thing, that earned my business from here out. And I like to spread the word!!!

The air filter installed was not the same as the one they removed. Blocked all of my AC. (In Florida)Gasket was not replaced after oil change. (I didn’t know) my driveway is damaged due to oil leak. I returned to get it resolved. Owner, Jimmy Linus, said that no one could determine an oil leak. Out of all of the employees in the service department, none of them could find it. Me car was making oil puddles. When I left, I let them no I would not return. I question their experience.

I had a slow leak in a tire & they put a patch on it.The morning my low tire indicator was on, so I took it back & they re-patched it. The manager was great got me right it & no charge.
