I heard metal on metal with my rear brakes on the way to work. I called to see if they could fit me in. I only had a 30 min lunch window to drop my vehicle off. They were able to check the problem out and fix it all in the afternoon. They also found another issue with the vehicle that was under warranty from another shop. I appreciated their friendliness and the time they took with me to explain everything.
The employees were very friendly and helpful. It made the experience very enjoyable. I would come back again when we need another oil change :)

Really appreciate the checking of everything, brakes etc. even though I was only getting an oil change! Employees were super friendly which I appreciated because I forgot my cell phone and had nothing to do while I waited, so they talked to me.
I like scheduling and dropping off so I can do other things while my cat is being maintenance. This requires trust, which is great when staff are friendly and professional. I also really like getting print outs of all the items checked and their current status so I can reference them when I need to.

Waited 30 minutes after my appt and never received service. I left. This was after my original appointment was never put in the computer. That Midas has horrible time management skills. Midas well give someone else my business.

Huge discrepancy regarding what repair is actually needed. Another shop doesn't find nearly the same repair concerns on the vehicle, but rather an issue regarding items that should have been addressed with warranty provisions from your store. I don't know that I can trust Midas any longer with our vehicles.

The way you treated my husband a few days later is horrid. The 7/16/2022 crew.from 2pm and beyond should be fired (or at least reprimanded) for him having an appointment at 2pm and at 4pm his car hadn't been touched). This is 100% unacceptable.
The price was really expensive, I wonder how competitive it was but didn't want to bother checking around. I wish you would have had the parts needed for my late model KIA Soul in stock -- had to wait around 75 minutes for those to arrive from two different places. That made my wait for my vehicle longer. Overall, I was there 3.5 hours.You need a television in the waiting area and perhaps a coffee machine or cold bottled water for patients (in the summer months). For these kind of prices, these extra "little touches" are what is expected nowadays.
It was quick and painless and it was nice they pulled the car up by the door when it was done since it was raining.
I've started bringing my vehicles to Midas as it's close to work, they get it done in a timely manner that works for me, and they beat the local dealership on price.
The customer must always be informed of any delays. I should not show up expecting the vehicle to be completed and find that there is yet another delay. Always keep the customer informed of any delays and always make sure you have the correct parts.
Brandon was an exceptionally thorough and delightful manager. He kept me informed of what my car needed, how long it would take, and the price. He was also very good in explaining what my car needed.. He treated me as family!

I was having problems with my car wanting to start so I drove straight to Midas. My car was taken in as soon as I finished checking in. I also asked for an oil change. Technician could not duplicate my car not starting but did find something major wrong with something under the car and let me know. Requested a quote online. Midas called and asked that I bring the vehicle in for an accurate quote. Brought vehicle in and was quoted a price and scheduled. Took off work and brought vehicle in at scheduled time only to be told that the information and price quote I was given was inaccurate and Midas could not perform the work that was quoted. Instead they wanted to replace multiple parts at a much higher price. Complete waste of time.

As always this service shop is tops. The mechanic is very experienced and the guy who runs the place is sincere. Tells you exactly what is wrong. Whether it needs immediate attention or not and the cost that is involved. NOT every car repair is URGENT. So m it helps. They always did a great job and this time was no exception. Very difficult to find trustworthy mechanics. These guys are God sent.
