Fix the right part, give me my money back, fire Bob the manger that was rude and dishonest.
I had a lug nut that snapped during the inspection and while it was not well put together, they made me pay for the part that it broke in even though they were the ones that broke it.
Midas kept the appt, as requested online, which other auto services do not, the price was within what I researched and Bob was helpful and straightforward.
The work was performed professionally and efficiently. I expected to have to leave the car overnight. Work was performed on the same day.

During servicing and tire removal the lug nuts on my rear axels were broken. A Midas associate did not let me know before service anything was wrong. After taking my car to be serviced at my normal dealership they discovered the error Midas made. The manager Bob at Midas yelled at me over the phone and refused to take responsibility for the damage to my car. The worst service and rudest experience I’ve ever had. I will never go back as the manager completely ignored my request for help.

Bob Van Duesen is very helpful in getting your vehicle serviced. He will call with updates on the progress and inform you when the work is complete. He does not try to up sell you every time you have work done at this facility.

My check engine light is still on, im unhappy about that i should have been told up front that they did not have all the equipment needed to repair my car before they took it in for repair. Noe i will have to take my car back in week or so in hopes they can find the correct tool or meter to complete the total repair of the car. And i have a problem with that!
We were visiting Indy from Michigan and out brakes started grinding super bad out of the blue. We called and were told there were openings, so I dropped the wife and kids off at the Children's Museum and headed in. Bob and his guys got me in and out with new pads and rotors in under two hours from walking in the door. Saved the vacation. Give Bob a raise!!

When I brought my vehicle in there were no check engine lights on. However when I picked it up three were on and new damage was on my car. The technician forgot to plug back in my sensors after replacing my valve gasket cover, and which caused my engine light to turn on and my cruise control to stop working. My spare tire cover was also scraped.
The representative from Midas helped explain what all was wrong with the vehicle effectively as well as what could wait without hurting the vehicle.

Bob, the manager was wonderful throughout my experience of replacing two blown tires (chuckhole) until I was checking out and paying. There was a computer glitch which after 20+ minutes I suggested shutting off computer and rebooting or writing up a new order and cancelling the first attempt ...so I could pay and go on my way. Bob finally did my latter suggestion after a man walked in to be the next customer. Even with this glitch...I am extremely appreciative of Bob's help, knowledge, courtesy and going out of his way to get new tires for my car within hours.

The Mgr. told me that Midas no longer carried certain types of oil so I called another Midas under the same ownership & was told differently. I was charged for an upgraded oil change. This Midas is under new management and the new workers are not as familiar with Lexus automobiles. They didn't know how to rotate the tires on this type of car.
