honestly was blown away by how kind and how comprehensive my treatment was at this location. They got me a very reasonable quote and did their best to ensure that I understood the problem and why it needed to be fixed in a particular way.
Time,location and pricing
This was my second visit to this location in recent months. This one fell a bit short. First, I never received a call once I requested an appointment despite receiving the message someone would get back within 30 minutes - I called in the following morning. Second, I just felt like maybe there were some communication issues. It was complicated on my end by having a friend drop my car off - but, for example, we'd mentioned the possibility of replacing the driver's side seat belt. The initial person wasn't able to locate one but they would leave a note for the manager for the next day. I never received follow-up and that manager essentially said "go to the dealer." It was a complete waste of my time. Maybe just say up front that's not the type of issue you deal with?I'm also not completely sure my oxygen sensor issue was even looked at (which was in my original request for service). Communication just sort of felt haphazard. Overall, however, I'm still happy. The service was done well and on schedule. The pricing was fair and I appreciated that a $50 coupon was applied. So, this was a good experience - just a notch below the previous one.
The price was a little high. If i had time before leaving for vacation, I would have done this myself. The person ( I belive Kevin or Saul) was very personable and friendly though and I know he has no control over prices. I had scheduled in the morning for around 4. Parts were delivered via NAPA after i arrived. Order could have been submitted earlier so parts were already there by the time arrived given the amount of time before I dropped my vehicle off
My oil change was right on time and they explain what I need done on my truck next and I really appreciate them. I will definitely be back to get the rest of the work done.
Work on customer service, was told negative results from car that made me want to cry , left and paid what services were were performed, thank the techs, they did not respond. Will not come back after I have spend thousands here in last 7 years and customer service is horrible. It used to be better years ago. Goodbye Midas never again!!! Appointments are worthless. Had 9a appointment and work not completed until 6pm. Work on brakes was bad and they made even more noise. Made appointment for work to fix problem and waited an hour and work not started to fix faulty work. I will never use midas again
Brad provides a level of customer service that is not around anymore. I truly feel like he cares about what’s best for me, my wallet and my car! He gave me multiple options with different price points and described the benefits vs cost. It was easy to schedule an online appointment and share my need. I was able to get an appointment when I wanted one. I liked the text confirmation and the follow-up the night before. Everybody was ready when I arrived and I felt like my time was valued. My pricing options were explained and I appreciated the lack of a hard-sell in terms of upcharging. I appreciated the follow-up after the repair and the fact that the car was placed in a location I could get to. This is a somewhat difficult location for wheelchair users (due to lack of accessible parking), but I thought they adapted well. It's an obviously older Midas, but everyone was friendly and the job was done well. Overall, I'm quite pleased.
Although service is friendly, I always feel like there is an upsell when I am there - even if it’s something basic like and oil change, somehow there is always another $700+ of work that could be done (where most parts are already a 50% markup it seems).
Love the ability to schedule appointments. also all the people were friendly and respectful. 1/3 the price of going to the dealer. Price was excellent. Appreciated the quick service as well. Will come back for sure.

I work right next to Midas on N Keystone and Saturday March 25th I got off work at 215 pm started to drive my car and the tire alarm went off. After looking I realized I had a flat tire, I walked into the shop and the gentleman in the office (OMG I forgot his name) kindly let me know that can fit me in right away and for that I'm extremely thankful.
The staff was super friendly. The bathroom needed soap and they got it immediately. They realized I needed a bulb and let me know the cost before agreeing. Great service always. I will always come back.
I came for an oil change…while waiting, the tech took my car for a 10 min drive without my permission. I asked where he was going with my car and the manager acted like he didn’t know. I told him to call the tech and ask what he was doing, manager said he didn’t have his #, which I find hard to believe. I told him that this is unacceptable, I feel violated and am going to call the police and report my vehicle stolen by your tech. I came for an oil change, nothing else!!! Why did he drive my car around for 10 min?? Was he using it for a drug deal? Robbery? Get alcohol? There was absolutely NO REASON for this….I walked out to the tech when he finally came back, the manager said he would talk with him…I went out too but said I couldn’t come in the bay, employees only…I feel like they were in on some shady business or something, makes no sense why this happened. The manager apologized and said he was testing it to make sure nothing else was wrong. Sorry. I didn’t ask you to do that…he could have wrecked my vehicle, so many things could have gone wrong. I told the manager I will never bring a vehicle here again and I will tell everyone, google reviews, Yelp etc about the experience

Left my yeti cup, called the next morning and was told I could pickup that evening. Was not at location when I returned. Got my tires rotated, the next morning noticed a wobble on the way to work. Expressed the issue when I went to pick up the cup I was told was there. Associate went out to my car with torque wrench and retorqued my lug nuts. They test drove, brought me the keys and then magically the wobble was gone. Will never use Midas again. Not worth saving money on oil change when I could possibly lose a rim and tire because someone didn't take the time to tighten my nuts. Haha

I told them I had car shield and they did not even file a claim with them and I got stuck paying almost 1000 dollars for the repair because they did not follow through with car shield

After oil change I asked for a quote for repairs they said I needed I waited they ignored my request plus waiting so long to get started on my car they could've informed me they were running behind as a courtesy
Had satisfying prior experiences with Midas - new muffler was first, then resolution of check engine light (required two visits but very satisfied because was trying to save $$ in first approach). Communicate to the customers on what’s going on. Don’t make the customer feel bad about their vehicle. Be more knowledgeable about what the problem is. Try to empathize with the customer more. Don’t belittle the customer. How about just get a new professional manager that actually cares about customer satisfaction and that knows how to talk to women.

I showed the clerk a coupon on my phone for 29.95 for an oil change. She told me that a coupon comes with an oil change. When I get the bill, it's $42.88. It had a $5.00 discount on it, but it was added back for shop fees. The $29.95 was the reason that I went to Midas. I always take my car to the dealer for an oil change. This is why I was not Highly Satisfied with my experience after waiting an hour and a half.
I scheduled an appointment and received confirmation, so my expectation was that the service would be performed in a timely manner. An oil change ended up taking almost two hours. I saw that my vehicle was done, yet staff did not return my key and collect payment for nearly ten minutes. There were three front of the store staff members. One was assisting another customer. The other two did not offer to assist me. Again, after almost ten minutes, I had to ask to be checked out. I was polite. No apologies were given or offered.

I went in for an oil change and it ran a few hours behind schedule, but the employees were very apologetic about the situation. The gave me the service for 50% off. I also had some free snacks and water while waiting, which was nice.
With the oil change a tire rotation, Was expected to be completed it was not! My sticker for the update of my visit was not replaced I needing to change my filters , I'll probably find another location to complete it. With the service I was failed as a customer
I asked for a phone call for what may be needed to be worked on and when the car was finished. I received neither. I told them about a problem I had with the car starting and they couldn't find the problem. A week later the problem arose again. Took my car to AutoZone and they told me what the problem was.

The check engine light came on within 24 hours of the service (a routine 3,000-mile oil change). The check engine light had not been on since a tuneup was performed in early March. When I brought the car back to Midas the next day, they were unable to scan the check engine code. (That is not surprising since the car is a Jaguar.)

Took 3 hours to get my oil change and when my car was done they never called me, I just happen to come by and check on my car since it has been so long. When I told the person who checked me out about the length of time WITH an appointment she said well did you tell us a specific time you needed your car done If they were as busy as they said they could have told me it was going to take that long and i could have came prepared..
