The work/response was a very little bit slow. The price was more than I thought it should have been. I had swept out my vehicle prior to bringing it in and I noticed quite a bit of grass clippings and dirt in the driver’s side. I DID notice that the tire pressure-that was a bit low-was corrected even though the tires were not being worked on.
Thomas was excellent. He was also training a new employee on day one and showed a lot of patience with her while still very attentive to others in the waiting room.
They are always very welcoming and friendly. They do a great job of informing me during the process of oil changes, maintenance etc. I highly recommend them for vehicle services!!!
Was advised that I needed a compressor, condenser and other items. Work was done but I am having the same issue. For over $1600, after I stated that I already had a compressor added not long ago. Called when the van was to be finished and was told that the job was more difficult than they expected but should be done within an hour. I drove by to find that my vehicle had never made it into the shop and was sitting in the same spot. Finally it was completed the following day, but at this point I do not know if they did what they said they would because I am having the same issue. This is a business vehicle and now I am losing money b/c I cannot use it without AC in 90 degree and above weather, Now I'm being told I have to wait 2 more days before they can even look at it. I checked under the hood and see dye from a leak and can hear where the leak is coming from and noticed that they taped the hose to contain the leak, which didn't help.

The actual problem was a poor installation of the muffler I purchased form Midas in 6/2new 2. The muffler was rubbing on my drive shaft and grooved the outer casing. 5 midas associates gave every excuse why this happened, and it was B....S.....ref. invoice 0073316 I went to Car-X where I purchased my shocks in 2015 and they fixed the problem of the poor installation for free. Took them 20 minutes!

I brought a coupon from the Midas website to get a tire rotation and oil change , the manager didn't know how to enter the coupon and at the end of the service didn't know how to charge the bill correctly, the tech didn't complete the tire rotation without the manager having to go to him after he had pulled my vehicle out to bring it back in the shop to get it done finally
