They had me in and out before my appointment time

The people were super friendly and I drove from Indianapolis to this location due to the availability of a better coupon. I would make the drive again. I was confident that the people knew what they were doing and I loved the small town feel of the waiting experience. Two thumbs up.

The online scheduling was difficult to manage and recieve feedback about appointment. There weren't choices as to type of oil or any options to see the pricing ahead of time.

John explained the process and handled a few unforeseen issues with ease.

They were able to get me in same day to do a check and the repair was done same day too. Most other local shops said it would be over a week before I could even get my car in for the inspection.

No lying just to get some one to buy something. I was told my tires were dry rotted and I just wanted balance and rotated and it was going to be over 800 to replace them cheapest. Well drove down road was told by two other shops nothing wrong with them and if I was wanting to replace it would only be about three to four hundred.

I pd 69 dlrs for my oil change wen I told him I had a coupon he said the oil change was 69 then he took 20 off with tax he said it brung it to 69dlrs. He lied to me. The oil change should've been 29 dlrs an tires ratatated but that wasn't dun. I got there 30 min b4 closing and they just wanted leave. Very mad over this.

When you make an appointment for a certain. You expect the help to be ready to begin at the time scheduled. .

I told the employee that someone could have called me at home to let me know they were running behind. I could have waited at home instead of in the lobby. No one told me they were behind when I showed up for my scheduled appointment. My appointment was for 1:00. I didn't leave the shop until 3:00. Not good customer service.

I was told that I would retain all radio stations. That did not happen . Don't tell some thing and do not deliver.

Great experience overall ! Staff explained service repairs and costs upfront. Prompt service at check in and service completed in a timely manner.

The front counter associate was extremely nice. Check in was super quick and the service was just as fast as well. I normally would go to big-O for an oil change, but this was much closer, much quicker, and just all around a great experience.

i was hearing loud noises while on the highway and making left turns. i had an inner bender got loose and hanging on top of my tire. i was able to get in, luckily midas was able to save it. cause i was told paying for a new one was pricey. i ended up only paying 25 bucks. i was so thankful it got better
