This is the second time that I have had my vehicle to Midas after having called for an appointment that the counter staff did not know why my vehicle was there. The work was not even started until after I called for an update. When I made the appointment, I told Kyle that I was having the tires shipped to the location, but the store tried to charge me a second time for the tires after they were installed. When I was finally called to say the work was completed, it was with an apology that the vehicle had actually been ready the day before. I will not be back to this location.
The wait time is was very short and the price was great compared to all the other mechanic shops. I’ll always return to Midas.

Let’s start with giving a reasonable price for work to be preformed. $750 for a blower motor is ridiculous. I found the parts for a 3rd the price elsewhere then when I brought them back, the labor price magically doubled. This is how you lose customers. I’ve been with you guys for over 3 years. Won’t be back this time.

Kyle was fantastic throughout my visit. He was personable, knowledgeable and clear with all information provided to me during my visit.
It was not the fault of Midas, they were short staffed and a customer had decided to become hostile with the employees for no good or valid reason, they called the cops. This slowed service down for ALL the other customers and left the employees a bit frazzled. In spite of the situation I feel the staff, especially Kyle held thier own best they could with as much respect as one could given the situation and stayed professional and nice to the remaining customers. In spite my new tires getting put on took 3 hrs even with an appt I was communicated too and they could not help the action of others. I will be back. Good job guys!! Muncie Midas makes auto service so easy. Mike (Chris and others) listen to understand the issue, and provide very easy to understand next steps. They anticipate and ask about "shuttle" needs, have great communication for what is "needed" and why, and deliver on time (or early with drop off the night before). Amazing. Highly recommend.
