Went in for an oil change which was very reasonably priced $59 compared to $100 for synthetic. Was told i needed rear breaks and rotors as well. I knew parts were $300 labor was reasonable, even if i shopped around i could have saved $100 (maybe) but in an hour both jobs were done. Service was great, friendly and honest.

The mechanic that checked me in was super nice and gave me a total price before they started the work so there were no surprises. The work was done in less than 30 mins. Other places are a minimum of 1 hour so I was very pleasantly surprised.

We’ve never been to a Midas before, our experience with other local mechanics has not been pleasant. With Midas, I was able to make an appointment very quickly, their turn around was mind-blowing fast. Louis helped me from the phone call to working on the call and kept me updated every step of the way. Brian the owner even called with an update on being able to find a specific part same day, rather then having to wait a week. I dropped in for an oil change and I was out an hour later.

Fixed wipers last time but it was not working because of issue in the pump. Replaced the pump.

In the last visit, I asked for sound fix that was coming from steering rod while moving the vehicle in the parking lot. They said its a break issue and replaced the things. But it did not fixed the sound and I had mentioned this in current visit and manager gave me deal to fix the issue and I am glad that issue is resolved now.

I consistently get excellent service and results at Midas in Billerica. The people are friendly and I'm treated with respect and courtesy. I highly recommend paying them a visit!

They didn't find anything wrong in Engine, even though Engine light was ON.

I had sound issue in steering rod, Midas said its break problem and replaced the break related things. But later it turned out that Issue was not related to break as I was still experiencing the sound.

One of the best places to go for service. I do drive in with no appointment and with in 30 minutes am done and out. They take time to explain to you what is happening and also give you various options.I would recommend this place.

The main reason I brought my truck to them was to have my valve cover gaskets tightened since they still leak after they replaced them and to have them check the starter, which they also replaced, but neither of these things happened. The technician working on my truck went home early and they couldn't get to my truck which they had all day. Tires were balanced and oil was changed.

Oil still leaks from replaced valve cover gasket. Goint to give it some time to burn off excess oil.
