They figured out what was wrong and gave us an estimate to get it fixed...now all we have to do is figure out how to pay for it!!

The staff explained what they did in terms that I could understand and weren't condesending. Since I am a woman and older, there are some places that do that is why I'll continue to go to Midas. You have wonderful staff!

If you accept appointments, keep them. I scheduled service, then after waiting an hour and a half after my appointment time my car hadn’t been started, so I left. Oil changes also cost $20 more here than the dealer and they also rotate tires and don’t push nonsense additives.
They got my vehicle in right away and checked those things that needed to be checked.
At the time I was checking in my vehicle (opening time) it seemed since I didn’t have an appointment I was inconveniencing them. There were no cars in the stalls being worked on & only 1 other customer dropping off a vehicle. At pick up time, there were no other cars being worked on in the stalls or customers there. Why he made it seem inconvenient that I was there to drop off a leaky tire needing patched, just seemed kind of rude about it.

You could not take advantage of women because they are women and explain the options. You could also not automatically upsell. You could also NOT ORDER THE MOST EXPENSIVE MUFFLER WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH THE CUSTOMER. I got taken advantage of because I was a woman.
I was quoted 1100 to replace a fuel pump told the part was nine hundred dollars. I purchased the fuel pump myself for 150 and put it in an hour. Will never return and spread the word.

Labor pricing does not discount overlapping jobs that can be completed simultaneously when replacing parts in a group.
I was told that I needed repair on 2 tires, but then at checkout was told that it was 3 tires. The associate stated he had said 3, I told him that was not what I had heard him say.
Brian (I think that’s his name) was helpful with any questions I had and he also checked on me while I waited and chatted occasionally. The guy working on my car also explained what was wrong and let me know the prices. The place was clean, had coffee and a vending machine.
The service personnel identified the problem with the vehicle and gave me several choices as to getting it repaired.
This was the first time I have ever brought my vehicle any where for any service and did not have an employee trying to get me to spend hundred's of dollars on other services. I greatly appreciated the recommendations written on my receipt for additional concerns for my vehicle, but not feeling pressured or pushed into doing those services that day was really appreciated.
For starters I will never return to Midas. I showed up to use an oil change with a coupon that said $29. I left with a receipt of over $85 for a simple oil change. The staff were extremely rude - not sure if it’s because I was a woman but it sure seemed like it. When I would ask about price the staff member would get upset that I was asking.

I brought in an older vehicle to have checked out and the oil changed since I bought it recently. To other service facilities in the area refused to work on the vehicle but the employees at mitis took me in immediately checked the vehicle as I requested and gave me a thorough evaluation explain the results to me perfectly and easy to understand detail. Not sure there is anything you can do! I was told that I needed rear brakes, new rotors (old ones were too thin to be turned), and a new caliper. Also, was told I needed to find out where an oil leak was and that was going to cost over $100. The brakes issue was going to cost me a total of around $1000. I took my tires off this weekend to find that I have a good deal left of my brake pads, my rotors are almost as thick as new ones, but my right rear caliper was leaking! I am very upset! I think I was being taken advantage of because I am a woman! Now, I am questioning if I was taken advantage of on the tires! I believe I have been screwed over!
