I requested an appt online early Friday afternoon for Sat. Morning, they sent an email saying I would get a confirmation in 30 min. I did not get a confirmation until 7:48am the next day for an 8am appt. They did not give me a price for the oil change but did for the filters they replaced. Very nice employees
The associate at the help desk was extremely friendly, especially since the store had only been open for fifteen minutes. He explained the pricing, looked my car up in the system, and had me out within an hour and a half. He was extremely kind and communicative throughout my visit.
We have been going to this location for several years and personnel are very pleasant and knowledgeable. No problems.
Excellent Customer Service. Short waiting time. Waiting area for customers was very hot 80 plus degrees. Very uncomfortable for myself and employees.
I called and asked for a quote and the price they gave me was less than half of what other places were giving me. They were able to get me in the same day for an oil change, and the price was even less than the original quote since they had a coupon that was applicable to my service. The wait was pretty quick and they gave me a tire rotation and filled my tires without me asking. The also didn’t badger me or try to get me to purchase any additional services which K greatly appreciate as a young woman who went into the shop alone. I felt like my car was in good hands, and would definitely return!

I set up an appointment, they did not respond within the 30 mins promised which was not a big deal. They game me the appointment which was great. I was told they would do a diagnostic test to see what was wrong with the power steering. I had my vehichle towed to their location. They were NOT able to perform the diagnostic because the computer could not read I am my car. They charged me $90+ which I was told that was the courtesy instead of charging me the normal $180 for the service. My problem is that the service could not be performed so it does not make sense that I was charged at all. A convenience fee of $50 or less is the only thing that would have technically been okay, but to charge $100 after explaining that they did not even have the ability to perform the duty that I am being charged for is robbery. You guys should do something better to provide quality service but make it more reasonable. In the end it makes me feel like as a professional mechanic you should have known that you could not service my car. I just feel like valuable time and money was wasted. Then I had to tow my car to a dealership and now have to wait a week for it to be seen. They had to have known .

I appreciate the recommendation of the air filters and their service was excellent, I would not bring the dirty filters out to the customer, leave them on a bench and offer a view, other than that they were great i was not offended just a suggestion. i believe them, this shop has integrity already, very pleasant and honest.
Contacted three midas shops and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday. I did bring in my car at the required time. But did have to wait an hour before my car was brought in. But car was taken care of and was offered several things that need to be taken care of soon, but could wait on them.
fixed problems that others past on repairing as well was on top of the needs of the van and all that was needed to repair found my oil leak and repaired

Scheduled appointment for 12pm dropped off car and ran some errands and had lunch. Returned at 4pm and car was stiil up on lift. AND MY HOOD WAS OPEN AND AGAINST THE CEILING LIGHT! WAS NO SCRATCHES BUT NOT THE POINT. Car was finished at 4:30pm wife got in and wanted to clean windshield, no washer fluid! Ask manager if supposed to top off,said yes, told him was empty! They did fill at that time. Not happy at all with this experience. Have been there multiple times before with no problem.

I had to return to Midas for a 2nd time since I had a new compressor installed at the Cherry Hill location. After the freon was replaced about a month ago the air was warm once again after 3 weeks. I figured there was a leak so back I went. They found that the high-pressure tube (orig. 2001 part) was leaking. They completed the job in a few hours. it cost me a few bucks yet I am pleased with the service and I also utilized a coupon from midas.com. John and the guys were great. Thanks.

Had an appointment and I was still waiting for about 1.5 hours. And the mechanics are very pushy in getting you to do more work on your vehicle. I went in for an oil change and was pushed into doing all these other things that were desperately needed for my car that day.

Just needed an oil change. Had just had the car checked by a mechanic a week prior with no issues reported and afreee my oil change they informed me of gasket valve leak. Was not shown anything after I asked to prove it so I skipped the service or replacing it and I drove off. A day later my car has issues starting and threw a code for pressure. Ironically now the fix they suggested has become a must for the car to run.
This store does a nice job on their task but needs to improve on customer contacts. I had called at 8:00 AM and had to call back towards 2:30 PM to get a status on the vehicle.

Services were pricy. After receiving estimate for routine maintenance work, cost was in excess of dealer estimate; was trying to find someplace cheaper than the dealer. Only had services performed for which I had a coupon in the end.

I got my car repaired at midas. I took the car in in the morning and did not pick it up until closing. When I looked at my tire it only had one lug nut on it. I ask the manager where are my other lug nuts to my tire because it is not safe to drive the car
