I sent an email to corporate office. Brake pads was poorly installed on car. Not clipped on caliber. Drove a week like this before taking to my mechanic who took tire off in my presence. I took pictures plus screw (bolt) installed incorrectly as well. Snapped off trying to get off.

I recently went to get an oil change at the infiniti dealership that I've been going to since I bought my G25 where they informed me that my rear brakes were in critical need of replacing but the front brakes would last a little longer. I thought the price was too steep so I decided to shop around. Rob and George saw me right away and showed me my sitch was just the opposite with the front brakes basically none existent. How could the dealership get it so wrong?!?! My brakes were being replaced for cheaper than the incompetent dealership I also got Midas' lifetime free brake pads guarantee included. On top of that, George and Rob discussed their past careers in the military, police force, and helping kids in an institutional setting. I'm working on setting up a field trip to the shop for my students to learn about potential careers in auto mechanics, military, police, and social work. Honest guys and reasonable prices makes this a no-brainer decision to visit them for all your auto needs. I'll be getting my tires there as well.

i brought my car to somerville nj for an exhaust leak -- the car is a ford focus with 59,000 miles on it.the shop never questioned why a car with only 59,000 miles had a cracked exhaust pipe so they replaced the exhaust. however the cause of the cracked pipe was worn out motor mounts so a month later i had the same problem.

I put in for estimate and got it quickly. Manger and worker I dealt with were kind and understanding of my situation. Nice demeanor an sense of humor. The care of concern for my needing my vehicle done that day they did all that they could including staying after closing time to ensure the work was done! You don't get that everywhere! I was even offered a personal loaner if job wasn't complete that day. Thank God for care and concern that they give I see they did everything the could to assist me in the repair! This is for sure the type of business I like and have no problem recommending them and will probably visit again for routine maintenance on my vehicle!
I was told the oil change was one price on the phone, then a higher price in person. I was told my car needed more oil than it did. When I pointed it out it was changed. The suggested services seemed inaccurate.
Service was completed and only other issues arise with same repair. Very frustrating. Mistakes were done with work not installing screws and bolts to prevent damage.
Scheduling the appointment wasnāt difficult- I got an appointment the same day.

Fast service, fair pricing. The advance scheduling was problematic. Initial calls to schedule in advance by phone had no voicemail option. The line answered and was disconnected (not by an associate). Switched to online scheduling, received an email after that there would be a follow up email confirmation, never came (checked spam, not there). Had to call to confirm. That call was answered.
I have been going to this Midas for quite a while and have always been very pleased with all of the services and the way I am treated while there. I feel that the increase in price at Midas is a lot considering the state of the economy right now.
