Easy to schedule, got me in quickly when other places were saying 2+ weeks to check a battery. Even did the inspection while I was there after checking the problem. Very happy with the service I received

I wanted the pressure checked in my tires. Previously a 5 minute task. Car pulled up outside a bay. A tech would check the pressure and add air, if needed. Today, I had to go through a "paperless" check-in process and wait over 30 minutes while a number of unrequested vehicle inspection checks were performed. I was not informed as to why the process took so long. Next time I'll go to Stewart's and so it myself.

I did not have an appointment. I got a new car from out of state and had only 1 business day to get it inspected. Your team was great in accommodating me.

I went to Valvoline (just happened, no brand preference) for an oil change/state inspection. They did not have availability for several days for inspection, but did oil change. I then scheduled a same day inspection with Midas for a few hours ahead. The Midas inspection went fine and was quick. Later in the day I was running errands and my check engine light as well as several error messages came on. I spoke to Midas and they said I could come in for code reading. They said it was not anything either garage would have done and said I'd need a dealership. After having looked at in the dealership I was told my tires were down to 4/32 on tread and the rear toe links were loose to the point where it should not have passed inspection if noticed by the (Midas) technician. It worries me that it was not noticed.

Exhaust system repair was accomplished with minimal issues after car dealer declined to perform the work due to concerns about potential problems.

I was satisfied with the quality of the service as well as the speed of service however I feel that the pricing was high for my particular service. The coolant reservoir that was replaced retails for under $30 however I was charged approximately 6x that which is quite a markup for the part. The amount of missing coolant I received surely isn't $65 worth.But I needed the service done and appreciated the successful job.

I feel like they were trying to make money. They did not properly do an inspection. They failed me due to break issues but they wanted to charge me money to look at the breaks. I was 100% lied to. I did need 2 new tires, but was told I should do the buy 3 get 1 free because if I didn't they would have to put my back tire in the front and due to this it was likely a belt would break in that tire and then I would have to replace another one. Does he think I never heard of tires being rotated. Basically he said it was not a good idea to move the tire as it was likely to break a belt. Mind you these tires had 13,000 and change miles on them. Absolute scam!!!!! Absolute lie!!!! 1 staff member stood there while I was told the BS. Disgusting! Played their game and caught them as scammers, cheats, and basically trying to rob me.

I've been a customer at this location for about 2 years now. The team is friendly and courteous, but when I asked them to not call me about upselling brake services, they ignored that and called anyway, acknowledging I didn't wish to be called. They exaggerated and said my brakes could go bad "any minute." There's absolutely no need to try to take advantage of someone like this. I'm well aware when brakes need to be changed, and using fear as a tactic to get someone to buy new brakes is shameful.

Don't lie to your customers...My vehicle failed inspection due to worn/rusted brakes...I took my vehicle back to the repair shop that did the brake job, they reinspected it, and found zero reason that the brakes were failed or failing and passed my vehicle...It cost me an extra $10 and an inconvenience of my time to get my car re-inspected when it should have never failed inspection in the first place...I have been going to this location for many years and I now feel as though I cannot trust them any longer.

I needed my air conditioner fixed right away. I had already replace air compressor in December but didn't try air bc weather was cold. Once weather warmed up I realized the air was not blowing cold. Midas drained n refilled ac fluid n still air was not cold. Mechanic continues 2 look 4 cause n found broken wire. After not being able 2 locate a new wire 4 my car, he spliced wire so AC is now working. Thank u 2 both mgr n mechanic.Also acheduling online was easy n convenient.

I got a flat and went to a shop near me and they made it worst. Dan and Adam the new manager at Midas in Grenville fixed it correctly and showed the me what was wrong and how it should have been done. Fixed it correctly and promptly.

I called an made an appointment a day ahead of time to have a guaranteed muffler put on my 91 Ciera.It took over 3 hours to put a muffler that was supposed to be guaranteed and a pipe on my car.The cost was $227.85.A installation charge of $98 for the pipe
