I go to the delhi location for oil changes frequently. I moved out of the area and tried a different midas, (glenway ave) and customer service was horrible, didnt even receive the courtesy check or the stamp for my oil change. I will return to the delhi location from now on.
The personnel at this Midas location are always very professional. They all seem very knowledgeable about all repairs I have had on my vehicle over the last five years. It is very assuring that the same personnel have been there for so many years.

I have been a customer for many years, servicing all my families vehicles. Oil changes to tires have been applied to many of our vehicles. The manager( Don) and assistant(Jim) are both on a first name basis which makes me feel welcomed and they can be trusted.
The staff is very friendly and helpful in answering any questions I have regarding the maintenance of my car. They talk to me and not down to me like other places do because I am a woman. I love going to Midas for all my car needs and the Delhi location is my favorite.

The manager explained how hard the wheels lug nuts were torqued down. They didn't tell me they completely destroyed one of the lug nut covers. When I got home I saw the damaged lug nut. Other than that I was very pleased with my experience. Wish they would of replace the lug nut or give me 10 bucks off or something.

So tired of Jeff Wyler Nissan. Took my car there for 3 recalls and had to go back again after they disconnected my fuel gauge. So it surprised me when they charged me $150 just to check out my car.
