I took my truck to another shop to have a lift installed and they were missing the tools to complete the job. This left me without the work done and a wasted day off from work. I went to several other shops that couldn't get me in for a few weeks. I stopped by Midas and they got me in the same day. Lack responsibility damage to my car while being serviced
My car was brought to this location with no damage whatsoever broken windshield. The emlyees elf my make an incident report documenting the incident. Supervisor & lead meahanic acknowledged this damage occured at this store. I was told manager would contact me next day regarding process to pay for repair of the damage to my windshield . Incident happened January 2,2023.. today Jan 4 no contact has been received from manager of the star. I have received a quote t repair my windshield on my 2019 Toyota Corolla. The vehicle is only 4 yrs old has been functioning very well until I used the services of Midas to get an oil change I wish to GOD THAT I HAD NOT& NEVER EVER WILL AGAIN!!!!!! DISHONEST & DECEPTIVE!!! Said my car needed struts & shocks & it did not!! 3 yr old basically new car does not need struts!!! SHEESH!!!!! Don’t use Midas for any service not sure but this location is quite PITIFUL!

I've been a customer at this location for # years w/several cars. Mike and his team always provide excellent service with clarity re: pricing and service needs/timeline. Mike has fit me in for emergency same day service and even provided a courtesy shuttle. I'm loyal because I can trust I'm getting the best advice and quality service at a reasonable price, albeit not always inexpensive. Kudos to Mike, Chandler and the entire Sharonville team!

The staff was very friendly and explained all of the issues to me clearly. They kept in contact with me to inform me of any changes or new issues detected. When Mike couldn't reach me by phone, he used his personal (I'm assuming) cell phone to text me the estimate and stay in contact with me. This was excellent customer service!

The technicians at my Midas have taken good care of my cars for nearly 10 years since I moved to this area. My being a woman has NEVER caused them to try to up-sell me on products or services I didn't need at the time. As a result, they helped my last car make it to over150,000 miles and the age of 21 years old. Now, that took gentle care, don't you think? And they're doing the same with my current car.

I had a overheating problem that Midas took the time to figure out. My car was in the shop for some time but they keep at it until the problem was resolved. It turned out to be a wiring problem in my IPDM box. I am very satisfied and happy with the results
