Timely and reasonable price

Jason (manager) and his staff were so extremely friendly. I didn't feel talked down to; they were very honest and willing to explain all the issues they saw as my vehicle was being serviced. I was able to discuss my vehicle's condition and ask questions, and I was not in any way pushed to get additional service unless I wanted it at that time. Fair pricing and comfortable, clean environment. Definitely a place I would take my vehicle back to for additional servicing. The most attentive auto shop I have ever been to!

Tires were to be rotated but this was not done. Also asked to check diff but this was not done. Also asked to perform lube on grease fittings this was not completed.

I suspected a nail in my tire. I needed it fixed quickly because I was driving to Maryland the next day. They were very honest about how busy it was and the time it would take. I let them know how urgent it was and left my car. I was informed the next morning I needed a new tire and approved it. The guy was really apologetic For the time but I was willing to wait because I know the quality of service and I still made it back to Maryland in time.

Kindness straight forward to the point. The waiting area was clean kid friendly and cool drinks and snacks were offered.

I scheduled an appointment online and although it said I would receive a call within 30 business minutes, I never received a call. The appointment was never confirmed.

The Midas in Stow is the best place to go and have your car servicyin the entire Stow-Kent area. The managers and owners are always polite, and have your best interest in mind. The mechanics always do a wonderful job. Everyone there is so hard working, and more then helpful. This is the only place I can take my car to get serviced and not have to stress or worry. They also work very fast and diligently no matter what day, or time. Since I have found them I have a hard time taking my Acura anywhere else. They always do an outstanding job!

Not lie about my door hitting a metal post and chipping the paint off the door.

Lied to about how much I was saving with the muffler lifetime guaranteed. Muffler savings price was highly inflated. Charged outrageously for central pipe. I asked a question about the newly installed muffler and then afterwards the associate, who was the assistant manager, went over all the paperwork with his middle finger. Felt this was his way to insult me because I asked questions about the muffler. I am taking the car to another shop next week to see if you actually did the work that was promised.

I came in with a problem noise in the front end. The parts I was sold were twice the cost of other on the market and after $2700, my problem was not fixed.

The manager of the Midas in Stow Ohio (Jason) was knowledgeable, personable and professional. Despite being short-staffed that day d/t the illness of one of his employees he made sure that work was completed in a timely manner. The manager (Jason) and the employee who was ill that day (Trent) are the specifically the reasons I continue to return for repeat business. I ask that if it is possible, that both receive kudos for excellence in customer service and auto care. I was only disappointed in not seeing Trent this time around but hope he feels better soon. These guys consistently do a fantastic job.
