Honestly this turned out to be one the very best customer service interactions that’s I think I’ve ever ver been part of. Aaron and his team were accommodating with my wild schedule. They also made things happen. They went above and beyond in my opinion and to top it off they saved me money. Under promise and over deliver was a prime part of this team and that’s something you don’t get anymore. I would have to like more consistent communication. While the communication was good, I did have to call a couple of times for updates. That said, I was trying to make a decision as to whether I needed a new car, so I was a little more concerned with the details of my inspection so that I could make a decision on what to do next. Even still, the Midas team was very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Oil spilled when putting oil in the engine and when replacing filter. No effort to clean up. Was told i had a leaking cvc joint and strut. Took to dealer and neither was leaking. Went in for 29.00 oil change and came out paying 89.00.

I came in thinking I just needed to add some air to my tire and they were willing to do that on the spot; however as I was waiting for the technician to bring the hose to the vehicle, I noticed a screw in the tire. They had it patched and I was on my way within about 20 minutes. They were incredibly friendly and provided wonderful service before I had to drive back out of town.

Prices were very reasonable. While I was in for the brake fluid flush, I was able to also have a transmission fluid flush at a very reasonable price.

Because we were treated very well and the manager went over everything with us and our overall bill for 2 tires, an oil change, and a front end alignment, was not bad at all.

My expectations were exceeded
I just bought a "new to me car" and it was due for an oil change. I was happy that they also checked other things as well. Oh yeah and they patched a tire for me as well. Although I miss Brian the former manager, the quality of service was just as good.
The associate name Aaron worked hard while tending to my tire service needs as well as answering the phone to help another customer. He did what he could by himself while he's mechanics were out for lunch.
I really enjoyed the experience. The new manager was amazing. Lorenzo did a tremendous job on my brake and rotor repair.

Friendly new owner. You could tell he was doing his best to be considerate of my time and of my money. He did his best to make sure I was getting any discount I needed.
The management made me feel like I was at home. Very detailed on what needed to be serviced and broke everything down so I could understand.
I had multiple issues with multiple mechanic shops that morning And as I was about to stop looking for for a place to go Midas was my last stop and the customer service there was amazing. My mechanic that I have fixed my car named Chris was beyond helpful, informative, Professional, as well as the guy at the front desk. And I believe his name was Aaron.

Midas does a better job then your Toyota dealership. Toyota cost me a small fortune by saying my breakpads and rotors were good to go. Midas got in there and immediately stated they needed to be replaced. The truth may be Ugly but Midas tells you what you need to hear. Only place ive worked with that seems to care about the performance of my vehicle.
