They were able to take me as a walk-in. The mechanic communicated with the front desk about my dashboard oil change code. The front desk explained the codes procedure. The mechanic went out and made the adjustments. I was glad he made sure to do that.

I need somebody from corporate to call me. I’m in the process of going to the Better Business Bureau, small claims court, as well as possibly getting one of the news stations involved. I was charged $1800 for a broken radiator, the radiator was fine. It wasn’t even a problem. They didn’t catch the problem and charged me for work that didn’t need to be done and now I do not have a vehicle. I drove my vehicle there, I had to have a salvage wrecker. Come remove it from the Midas parking lot. If they had caught the blown head gasket like they should have, they would not have charged me to replace a radiator. They had no problem with taking my money and letting my car just sit in the parking lot, no longer able to even start. I kept my old radiator so when I go to court, I can show that they swapped out a perfectly fine radiator. I’m going to small claims court, going to the Better Business Bureau, and going to try to get a news crew involved.
