I went in for an inspection. They gave me a long list of why my car failed and charged me $84. I went to another shop and the car passed inspection.
I've been bringing my vehicle to Midas since I bought it over 6 years ago I have always been treated with great customer service.
To be perfectly honest, I am highly satisfied because everyone at this location is a total pleasure. They are friendly and honest.
You advertise a synthetic oil change for $24.99 which is not the most needed oil change. I was under the mistaken notion that it was what I needed and at a decent price . Imagine my feelings to find I had to pay almost double that amount for an ordinary oil change! You pulled the old bait and switch without informing me. Also you told me I need over $1500. worth of additional work done to my car to make it safe and able to pass inspection. Every time I visit your business it's the same game with your establishment, which I detest. Lastly, Your employees make sure to not give me the paperwork stating all the defectsthat need to be repaired so I am able to price check your findings to make an informed decision whether I can afford your work. I also detest this practice!
Pricing for brake installation was extremely ridiculous. Control arm installation ridiculous. $300 per hour. Car was ready in 3 hours.
Be professional. Communicate better with customers about service, cost and wait time. It should not take over four hours for an oil change.
I had made an appointment but I was able to get my vehicle done early the price was right my service was extremely professional and curtious everything was explained to me as they went along even down to what else I needed and I got a quote for the work I needed done I will continue to do business with them and I would recommend Midas to friends and family
Go anywhere but here.likely to be misinformed, charged extra money, and have to wait for 3+ hours for something advertised to take no longer than 15 minutes.

My truck was in bad shape brake-wise and I needed an oil change from a dependable place, well-known auto shop with a good customer service vibe, but being new to Philly, I didn't know where to turn. The reviews for this Midas were very good, and they did not disappoint. Nino was exceptional to deal with on the phone and email, and the brakes feel great. Feels like a new 1999 Toyota Tacoma baby! Thanks to Nino and the crew at Midas. I'd recommend to anyone and I'll be a customer for life.

I was in and out with no problems. The receptionist was very helpful and polite. I didn’t have enough on my Midas credit card to cover all the work so the receptionist helped me to get the funds that I needed for the purchase.
They looked into the issues and was able to diagnose it
Complete scam of a company would not give me my inspection sticker when I knew I didn’t need what they said I needed.
The worker was rude and short with me when I was asking reasonable questions such as how much does this cost and how long will it take.
