Clearly communicate all estimated charges including labor. If the associate says he is going to call back he should call back. I did not get a call back like I was promised until the following day. Also it would help if when picking up the vehicle the associate did not visibly seem to be high.
Mike the Manager always friendly and the best. Andre, who assisted me supremely, nice, congenial, and really a person I sincerely admired. I watched him integrate his skills, manners, intuitive opinion and delegate with me and others. I like him, want him to stay at the Ridge avenue location. I will always come back and work with him and Mike.
The warranty I bought paid off and this time my new tire cost me nothing. I will be buying warranties on my remaining two tires once they need to be replaced, definitely through Midas.
I had a synthetic oil change, new windshield wipers installed , and a air filter installed. I paid $220.00. That’s crazy.

The reason that I was very dissatisfied with my overall service was this. Things started well I called before noon on Tuesday, October 18. I asked if I brought my car up within the hour if I could get my oil changed. I was told yes no problem come on up. Drop the car off within the hour told him there was no rush just pick it up later today. The gentleman who waited on me, I can’t remember his name, wrote all my information down including my phone number. While I was waiting to hear back that my car was ready I called about five minutes before 5 PM on that Tuesday and there was no answer I tried again for 20 more minutes with no answer. So I got in the car with my wife because somebody had to drive the other car home and when we got there around 5:25 PM the location was closed. I thought something was not correct because the hours that are printed on the door said Open until 6 PM. So before 5 PM on that day I never received any kind of phone call to let me know that he might need to come up here by 5 PM since I found out the hard way that the store is now only open till 5 PM.It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time since the only thing that I went by was the hours clearly
I do not like that Midas wanted to charge me almost $200 just to run a check engine light diagnostic. I left and got it done up the block for free. The diagnostic should not cost anything and if it does, most certainly not almost $200.
I had a nail in my tire and have used this Midas center before. They were very friendly and accommodating. I had to purchase a new tire due to where the nail was. They had to order a tire but made sure I had the spare on, and they called me first thing next day to have my bad tire replaced. I would highly recommend them to any one for regular or emergency service. A++ in my book.

This is my first time using Midas. I scheduled an appointment and brought my car in for a state inspection for 3.30pm. By 5.30pm I never received a call providing an update or being informed that Midas needed to keep my car overnight. I called multiple times before the shop closed and no one answered. I needed my car that evening but it was stuck in Midas overnight.

I woke up for work in the morning to find my car had 2 flat tires. I called Midas with the issue, and they said they could take my car immediately. I only had to wait 30 minutes for my new tires to be replaced, and I was therefore able to make it to work on time. The service was fast and the staff were very nice!

I made appointments for 2 vehicles. One to get inspected and the othe to repair a leaking tire. I came in and paid for the inspection and he told me it would take 2 hours to look at my tire even though I made an appointment! I have been taking my vehicles here for years but will now go somewhere else!!
We were traveling and had a blowout on PA Turnpike. We had the car full with 3 kids and a dog as well as luggage since we were traveling for vacation. When we arrived the entire staff went above and beyond to help us out and took less time than other places that I had an appt at for prior services. I can say that this location and staff has switched me to Midas for all my future business-I am just hoping that the Midas in my hometown is 1/2 as good as this location.
The clerk was super pleasant and even noticed my vehicle from the neighborhood. I also enjoyed that he had a comprehensive knowledge of tires and performance cars.

I have mechanic experience, the people where upselling me on parts and service for a safety inspection, I was missing battery hold down bracket tried to sell a part which normally cost under 20 dollar for over 100 dollars they where trying to stiff me and it was sloppy. I normally go to a small business for car repairs but they couldn’t take my car for a new radiator until the next week. Midas took me right away and had my car repaired the next day. Incredibly fast and I appreciated them keeping me in the loop the whole time.

I went in for an annual state/emissions inspection just like what I have done in many years in the past at this shop. The shop associate, Mike, told me that the two front tires would need to be replaced in order to pass the safety inspection. I asked whether I could order the tires online and bring back the car along with the tires in the next couple of days for installation and reinspection. He said to do that he would have to fail the inspection for which I would need to pay first and then after the tires are installed a couple of days later, pay for another inspection at his shop. I then asked whether I could just leave my car there in the lot and order the tires online and have them delivered to the shop directly the next day. He told me there would be a daily storage fee of $75. Worst of all, he didn’t even have the same exact model of tires to match the rear ones. I could have easily ordered the same model online and have them delivered the next day. This could potentially be a huge safety issue as different tread patterns could change the handling of the vehicle. Alas, in order to pass the inspection, I was forced into having those tires installed.

The website allows you make appointments up until 6:30pm. They close at 5:30pm. Also if an inspection takes at least 3 hours, the website should not allow you to make late appointments. Or at least call you and tell you. I had to spend all day Saturday waiting for my car to be serviced.
