They completely lied about a number of things that were wrong on the vehicle and tried to get my wife to consent to $1700 in repairs. Why is that?

My experience at the Midas on chelten ave was very ghetto they had no rest room and the guy at the counter kept telling people that they credit card didn’t go through I had got some service done on my wheel baren and was giving a whole new price the next day. I came to this location after going to a previous one which was on my way home from work. I got service at that location and it was shotty as with the oil change the guy put oil smudges from his hands all over my car inside and outside. Which I wasn't happy about, nor his no care attitude while I was there. The guy that did my invoice also didn't know the right warranty for the tires they put on for me was.. overall that location I wasn't satisfied with. Along with the problems from it ever since I had gotten the tires there I've had to put air in my driver front weekly. So I came to this location which is close to my home and got great service, where I had my tire plugged in a timely manner whilst they were taking care of their scheduled vehicles. The man at the desk was friendly, professional and courteous. The tech that brought my car in took care of my problem. Overall I am satisfied and will come to their location first from now on over your other location.

Midas doesn't display prices. I receive brake service. Brake Pads warranted. So I Needed brake rotors. Just that and labor costs me $513.16!!!!! Oh I did get $25 off.

Been to 2 Midas’s and I have been denied my access to use my Groupon that had paid for a couple months ago when it was cheap. I went last Wednesday and a maybe a month ago. All I get is my money back on Groupon as credits not back to my account. That’s why I’m dissatisfied with Midas.

Everything went smooth and well. I was highly pleased with the service.

Went to the wrong location but they were still happy to accommodate and get my car serviced.

Anthony was pleasant enough, however I dropped my car off at 10:30 in the morning for brakes and didn’t get it back until after 1:00 the next day. The pricing of synthetic oil changes was never that expensive at this location. Look at your records and you'll the price that I usually pay for oil changes at this same location, without a coupon. I scheduled online for the same day. I received a call in less than 30 min. Safety and Emission Inspection. My son dropped the car off. I’m less than 2 hours my car was ready for pick up. I indirect my car here every year and I will come back next year. Oh and the pick up was smooth. He was friendly and communicated very well.
