I was lied to and robbed by this branch. I was charged nearly $500 more than 5 local auto shops quoted me after I suspected something was a miss. Manager refused to acknowledge his fraudulent charges.

I caught a major flat tire out of no where on Baltimore Pike. I saw a Midas across the street it was 5:25ish pm. I saw two men working one phone and other working. The younger man saw my tire but told me to ask the manager. After off the phone I asked if could look my tire. They both told me my tire couldn't be repaired. I asked if they a tire for my SUV the manager told me yes it would cost me $201.74. I had no choice but to get the tire fixed. It took me no time for my tire to get replaced. They were both so kind, nice and caring to my situation.Thank you so much again,!!! Kudos to them 👏

I randomly walked in to get my truck inspected and emissions. Sales associate was very accommodating and fit me in the next day at 10:30am. I dropped off the vehicle and stopped back at 12:30 and was already done and ready

Needed oil change and inspection and 2 tires. They were fantastic when I took it for inspection last year. Dropped car off night before for 8am appointment. Called around 11:30am b/c I never heard from them. Was told they hadn't touched the car yet. Received another call an hour later: oil change was complete, car failed inspection: needed 2 tires, control arm and a litany of other parts to the tune of $3400. When I asked the manager which parts were recommended/required to pass inspection, was told everything. Was told I couldn't use my account with you to pay for service? This location inspected and serviced the car last year. Car passed last year after I got hit for tires, brakes, rotors, bearings, etc. This year I needed $3400 in new parts? I'll pay the balance of the card and will never use Midas again. In addition, I'll do everything I can to get the word out via social media of my experience, price and inconvenience. TRAINWRECK.

I have worked in the mechanic field doing brake work and My bill states that I received new rear brake rotors but I noticed that the rotors where turned thru the wheel opening I could see the marks that where left from not being able to go past the safety level
