I purchased a Groupon. I called and made the appointment so they knew the make and model of my vehicle before I arrived. I arrived promptly at the time of the appointment, and was informed that they did not have the correct oil filter for my vehicle and needed to get it from someplace else and that would take an additional 20 minutes. What’s the point of making an appointment and knowing what type of vehicle I’m bringing if you don’t have the correct filter for my car? I was also informed that I needed to purchase an additional 2 quarts of oil for my car. The associate tried to tell me that the type of oil I was getting would not last more than 3000 miles. That is a complete lie as I know how long I synthetic blend oil last. He was trying to upsell me on a full synthetic. That may work for people that don’t understand cars, I am not that guy. After the oil change, he also tried to tell me that my car had been recalled for issues with oil, which was also another false statement. You need to put into writing on your Groupon that there’s an additional charge for a shop fee. That was not clearly communicated

The car was working fine until the next evening when the check engine light came on. We took it to a mechanic near us, because this location is too far away, and apparently whoever worked on my car at your location forgot to plug a hose in and the car wasn’t getting enough oxygen to mix with the gas. It was right in the very front of the car.

I was told that my vehicle needs speciality oil filter. I was charged $28.99 for speciality filter. But that filter is available retail between 5.99 and 12.99.

This was our first experience having any work done on either of our vehicles. By far the best price for oil change that I've found. I'd actually purchased a Groupon coupon at this price, when I called for an appt., they said I could cancel the Groupon and offered me the same as on the coupon. I got the oil change on Groupon. I wasn’t aware that I needed to make an appointment. The first I went, I ended up leaving because even though no one was there, they wouldn’t see me because I didn’t have a reservation. That’s asinine. I took my sons car in after making an appointment. I had to pay a fee on top of my Groupon. That should be communicated. It wasn’t.

New management did not honor coupon. Rude and defensive management experienced. More professionalism and empathy needed.

I brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair. The immediately malfunctioned a few days or weeks after installation but I put off returning it due to my work schedule. I recently brought it in to have it repaired. I was informed the part was no longer installed and likely removed by recent repairs to my vehicle. I took the vehicle to the body shop that did the body repair and informed me it was there but went ahead and replaced it with the part they ordered. When I went to pick up my car they informed I would be charged for the diagnosis. This was not disclosed prior. I paid the fee but was not happy about. Then, as I said my repair shop says that the part was there all along. So, at this point I have concern with the mechanics there.

Quick and easy. My online reservation didnt show up in the system, but they got me in right away anyway. They were professional yet relaxed. I appreciated their approach and demeanor. Instead of trying to upsell repairs while your car on on the lift (which makes them seem so much more serious than necessary), they wait til you pay and include the suggested repairs as a printed section on the bill for your records and make it low-pressure - unlike so many other mechanics. My sticking point is this: Ive had Dexcool flushed from my system and they thought my car took regular coolant (when my make/model takes Dexcool normally) and they seemed confused why I was telling them Ive had my system flushed so they should put in regular coolant. But, then again, I think in 10 shops, maybe 1 knew about Dexcool so I cant hold it against them too much.
