Online Midas advertised oil changes at $29 and $59. I was charged $99 instead of the advertised special of $59. Also I expressed concerns with my squeaky breaks and was told squeaky breaks in the morning is normal. Not sure if my breaks were checked but because the breaks were not mentioned on the suggested future maintenance. Nor did anyone mention needing new pads or anything.My coolant light came on the day of. At first, the attendant told me there may be a coolant leak but because the coolant wasn't low, there was no need for concern. I agreed to pay for a pressure check which did not reveal a leak. The coolant was very low but this store did not have the coolant needed for my vehicle. The wait was a little too long just to get coolant for my vehicle type. All in all, I was satisfied with the service. I may take it to the actual dealership next time though.

Stop telling people that they need to replace some thing due to the mileage on the vehicle. If there’s nothing wrong with my shocks and struts, don’t tell me I need new ones just because y’all want to get the job. I don't think the rep understood my question/comment. They quoted me to flush and service an automatic transmission. When I responded that I have a 5 Speed manuel, the response was that's what the techs get to perform the service. The response should have been let me check that. Even after I again stated that's alot to service a manuel transmission.
First, I called one of your competitors and was given an estimate of $1,600.00. I was shocked! Then, I called Midas and was given an estimate between $600 to $800. I upgraded the exhaust to a dual exhaust, added chrome tips, and other non-exhaust items were repaired. The grand total was $920.00. By the way, Shannon is outstanding. Very friendly and professional! Great store!

As a retired Director of Customer Care for a national home builder, I am pretty critical of customer service. This shop did the needed repairs for less than half the price quoted by the local Cadillac dealer and did it quickly and well. in addition every member of the team delivered excellent service. they "hit it out of the park".

I was told I need some work done to fix an oil leak. I asked for an estimate and was told that it would be texted to me by cob that day and I never received it. Here it is 2 and 3 days later and I still haven't received the quote. Not satisfied.
I had no appointment. My brakes had locked up and Midas was very close to me. I had never used them before but it was an emergency so I went there. The service manager understood my predicament, having no way home to leave my car there. He managed to get me in within fifteen minutes. Not only did I receive text and photo updates about my brakes, they found several other potentially serious problems that I was sent photos of also. My car is 22 years old. I’m no mechanic and could have found myself stranded in the middle of nowhere if they had not found the problems. I was not pressured to have the other work done which I was very surprised about. It took about three hours to complete all the work but it wasn’t a bad wait. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable, the employees were also very congenial. Best of all, I was given a printout of everything that was done including pictures and told if any of there were any problems with the work it came with a lifetime guarantee. It just doesn’t get any better than this. I highly recommend Midas!

I've been here a few times and usually get great service. They were kind and did a good job.. but severely overcharged me for changing two bulbs. I won't be going back. Oh and I went there when my car was having stalling issues and instead of fixing the problem they wanted $800 for a new radiator & tires. Didn't even check the spark plugs & wires. Had someone else do it for way way less & that fixed the issue & got a new radiator without spending $500. Would not recommend to females.
