I had an issue with my truck and was able to pull in and get it diagnosed and repaired in less then 3 hours.
Friendly service as always, communicated items that should be replaced and the cost of replacement but no pressure to do so.

Dont price gouge for a simple brake change. If it costs $300 to do alone it shouldn't cost $900 for someone else to do it.
Fixed the problem quickly and I was able to get the car back sooner than expected.
We brought our vehicle in with a message that it was having catalytic converter issues, and your employees wanted to rebuild the entire engine. Not wanting to spend $11,000 on this vehicle, we took it to the dealer for assistance, and after they replaced the catalytic converter, the vehicle is running fine. We did not need a new engine. Your employee tried to get us to unnecessarily spend $11,000. We will never again visit this location.
Cost of tire rotation and oil change

My son is a college student at BG and was having issues with his car. Payton was able to fit us in and fixed the issue.
They put it the wrong oil. They used basic oil, when vehicle takes synthetic. Clearly don't look at vehicle recommendations. Y ask your make and model? Totally unexcusable. Not satisfied at all

This is the second time I have had an oil change and when my air filter is checked, the technician doesn’t put the glovebox back together correctly. This results in me having to take the car back in.
I went in to get a slow leak in my tire fixed and to check on some noise coming from my steering wheel. After an inspection, they patched my tire for no charge and were able to determine the steering was all good, so the whole appointment didn't cost me a dime. I appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me on anything or encourage me to pay more than I needed. I'd happily return here for any issues I have in the future!
When I come in for an oil change that’s all I want. I don’t want them to tell me “everything that’s wrong” with my car.
We have a nail in one of our tires. I called and Midas said they repair for free. My wife took the car there and Midas insisted they couldn't repair it because the tread was low and instead quoted us a price of 4 tires for $1,200.Took same tire to another shop and they fixed it. Feels like Midas was trying to take advantage of us. Really disappointed.
The oil change and tire rotation was $16.95 with the coupon for several years. Then the price spiked to $30 plus with no explanation. Seems like the loyal customer deserves better.

I have tried other Midas's and oil change places but none have compared to the BG Midas. They never try to upsell me and let me know when there are urgent things wrong with my car during routine oil changes. I've purchased tires twice without any issues and have been getting my oil changed with them for 3-4 years now.

Service people did not inform us of anything on the vehicle. The only thing that was marked on the paper that needed attention was wiper blades. But, normally they would have asked if we wanted them to change them. The waiting room does need to be cleaned up (spider/cob webs in display tires and behind them) and dirty floor.

I had an 11am appointment. I didn’t receive any communication about pricing until 12:30pm, and service wasn’t completed until 3pm. I was quoted only an hours labor to complete the service. 4 hours for a 1 hour service seems excessive, especially since I had scheduled it.
The technician didn’t put my glove box back together correctly, so I have to go back in.
Always friendly service. If there any problems or concerns with my vehicle, they always explain options available for service. Like this time they showed me that my back brake pads and rotors were extremely worn and gave me pricing for replacements. Always appreciate their services.

I feel like I got the "bait and switch" on the price. Your oil change used to cost $16.98 with a coupon, just a couple of years ago, but the price jumped to about $30 with no explanation, and on this visit it was almost $40. There does not seem to be any justification for this significant price spike.

Please encourage associates to be honest with pricing and not treat customers like they don't know what they want done. I came in for an oil change and to have my air filter checked and I specifically asked not to have my tires rotated if it was going to cost me extra because I just recently had them replaced and they didnt need to be rotated. Not only was I charged for the rotation but I was charged for an hour and a half of labor. Absolutely ridiculous.

Brought my car to the door as I walked out, took out the paper covers from the floor, and handed me the keys. Quick, quality service.

I made my appointment online to streamline the process of getting new tire. Quite satisfied with how quick and easy that was. My problem comes with tire availability. Tires I ended up purchasing were way out of the budget to spend but I needed tires so I had to settle with what was readily available. I definitely will not be scheduling online and calling directly because of this if I decide to come again
Scott was wonderful! He repaired our tire and checked the pressure of all the other tires.... including the spare! And they never charged us a penny for the service. We very highly recommend this Bowling Green OH location!!

We purchased Cooper tires in November 2019. The tires had 45000 miles but were rated for 65000 miles. We were informed we need four new tires due to wear on the inner tread due to a bad alignment. We rotate the tires at every oil change at Midas and were not informed of the unusual wear. This could have been prevented. We lost 20000 miles on these tires and had to purchase four new tires.
