I am a little concerned why I was told I needed a new air filter last August, which I turned down, but then 5,000 miles later when I am expecting to be told the same thing, I am told the air filter is fine. How can it be fine 5,000 miles later if it needed to be changed last time. I would like to trust that i am not being sold things I don't need.

I was not expecting to spend $1000 to have brakes and rotors replaced… and was told that one of my calipers seized up on me. I really had no choice but to have it replaced.
The online scheduling did not work. Mad an appointment at 2:00 called at 3:30 it still had not been seen yet. They did get it done by 5:00.
The gentleman was very professional and explained things thoroughly.

Your team was very professional and knowledgeable. Original wait time after my diagnosis was for about 75-90 minutes, so I waited. Service took +2 hours longer. I don’t believe it was your team’s fault as the wrong parts were delivered by your vendor and had to be reordered but I would have made other arrangements if I had known it would end up taking this long. I don’t get many days off and I spent 5 hours at Midas. Otherwise you have a sharp team there and I was able to enjoy a burger cooked up by a team member.

Got my car in right away, and found the problem and took care of it. Saved my motor from being damaged because of the other place we had change our oil and cracked the oil filter I drove from Colby KS to Topeka and was just lucky I didn’t ruin my motor.
Do what customers need done quit finding excuses to get out of working on vehicles
Extend the labor warranty or make exceptions for specific situations. Needing to replace my front brakes and rotors every 6 months since getting replaced is not and ideal situation. I feel as though I had to pay for installation on a faulty product because I came in 3 weeks after the labor warranty expired.

Reimburse full payment I had to pay to get transmission fixed. Reimburse 1887.48, midas only pd 1/2 of the cost for my transmission when they were at fault for the breakage of the transmission. Remove my information from all of your records
I used to go to Jiffy Lube. But they damaged a speed sensor on my 98 Cavalier. So I decided to switch to Midas and the rest is history. Midas really takes care of all me needs. Thanks to Adam and crew.

My car was having trouble with getting up so I made an appointment to get a transmission flush and so far my car has been running way better .

Made apt on line to ck brakes. Tec called to confirm apt. When I arrived he had scheduled oil change…not brakes. After about 5 minutes of discussion he admitted he made a mistake but cldnt ck my brakes as they were booked. Had to come back at 1. Didn’t even have my car n shop 10 minutes when he told me they were good. Initially he told me it wld take an hour. Concerned they weren’t ckd properly.
It’s not really the shop’s fault, but I don’t like being tried to be up sold. I just want my oil changed. I was surprised the price was $100 for an oil change.
Your technicians rotated my tires. They did something to my tire pressure monitoring system and did not reset it properly. When I brought it to their attention they said it wasn’t their problem. Now I have to go to the dealership to fix a problem I didn’t have before I went to Midas.

The vehicle inspection appeared thorough, but shortly after leaving I heard noise when applying brakes. Seems they didn’t notice small rocks in disk brake covers (if they did notice they didn’t remove).
Front desk person was nice and did a great job explaining what was going on with my vehicle. Even let me know I could come in early for service since they had a cancellation. The place was clean and quiet. E try one was kinda and the time for my oil change was very quick. Faster than I had intended and they also put air my tires. Fave me all the adequate information of needs for future service.

After finding out that the last oil service I received from Walmart tire lube and express they stripped the drain plug and didn't tell me about it. I was glad and relieved that the tech at midas relayed the options to me on fixing the problem.
