Stop forcing clients to purchase parts that are not broken and using scare tactics to push maintenance jobs that are not really needed.

I have been dealing with this location for years and they have always taken the time to explain what needs to be done and pricing in detail. They ha e treated me very kindly.

When the required part was not available, the associate provided a fleet vehicle for me to return home to wait. The shop called to update me on the timing at the time when the car was originally scheduled to be ready.

I've selected services on Web during appointment where transmission fluid and power steering fluid were selected along with engine oil and oil filter.But I wonder only engine oil and filter and coolant were changed.I asked the front desk person why other fluids are not serviced. He replied that I have not asked for those service. I've requested him can you do changes now the he replied it will cost me more money. I said yes I know I came for that service then he said today we don't have time today you come tomorrow or later.I belive I understood him wrong and it's my bad.So next time I would prefer to go there where I could understand what service I am going to receive and why.

The technician went through my glove box looking for the wheel lock key. Items were taken out but not replaced. At the very least, someone should have mentioned this to me before returning the vehicle.

I was Highly Satisfied. That is the option I chose.

I came in because my engine light came on. The midas team was able to quickly diagnose the error code and see that it was due to fuel cap seal being compromised. They replaced the cap and communicated very clearly why they thought that the cap was causing the issue. It did fix the problem - I did not see the engine light come on after few days of driving. The team is very efficient and has great communication with customers.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I needed a new set of tires on my Chevy Trailblazer which was fine. They put on a set of tires - which were NOT NEW. You could tell on the tread that they've been used. Argued and argued with them to no avail
