The service manager was courteous and solicitous. The cost of the service was very reasonable for the GTA. They went above and beyond at no extra cost to check on a few things for me. I'll be going back for my maintenance needs.

The owner of the location lied to me from the start. I always pay the same amount for oil change. He charged me double what I normally pay. His reason is that it was the brand of the car which is not true. He told me that it will take an hour to service, it took him 15 minutes. He is very dishonest person and very deceitful and was very rude with me and when I questioned his rate that it was double anywhere else.

As I required major work to be done on the car ‘I wanted to know what the cost and breakdown of costs would be. I received what ‘I thought was a good explanation and when I went back to pick up the car the cost was spot on the estimate.

The work was not completede as promised.Package bought was " Maintenace Package" which was supposed to be topping off the liquids or at least report all the deficiencies. Items not requiring replacement were reported but not these essential relatively inexpensive ones like topping off coolant. Also the price for say brake replacement quoted was almost same as the dealer. Asked for product being used for brakes, and none was given in writing. There is a very lage price differential between different products. Promised to be picked up, and afer refusing to accept all the suggestions, were told that it cannot be done. Had to leave the car untill I found someone to give me a lift. Extremly friendly salesman, but !!!

Scheduling was easy and fast. Able to accommodate apt same day. Prompt response to on line booking. Service was friendly and fast. Good location.

I had a full brake inspection and was told the front brakes couldn't wait long but the back would be 476.00... everything but the calipers which only needed service. I dropped the car at 8am with a promise I could have it back at 1pm. At 1130 I got a call

I was very impressed with the information provided to me for the installation of brake pads prior to my instructions to go ahead. Mac and Rocky were great to work with and I will be returning for more repairs soon on our other vehicle.
