We recently came to this location for an oil change, & we've had work done at this Midas location in the past. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly & helpful, and we are very happy with the results. In this day and age, sometimes excellent customer service is lacking, and when we find a place that has great employees who have good communications skills, there is no reason to go anywhere else. We will be taking all of our car service needs to this location for as long as we are in this city. Thank you, and keep up the good work.

Fantastic service and Customer care

Tommy was a great help. I had came in because my car had started smoking and began to overheat. I Have already been to this midas for work before and even then felt right at home and like they truly cared about my time and car. Tommy toke me in right away and then showed me what was the problem to see for myself. After talking to figure out a way to fix the problem while staying in budget. Tommy was an amazing help and I am so grateful for his time. I will definitely recommended coming here.

Great Honest Service

Have a 2012 Dodge Durango, had some coolant leak & over heating issues. Brought my vehicle to Midas at one location 10/28/20 & unfortunately they did not fix my car after paying for the bill little under $700 to fix labor & parts. I had to bring back my car back 2-3x's because it would still overheat & coolant was still leaking somewhere. So I got frustrated & took my car to a different location & spoke to the manager Tommy H on Speedway & he apologized & right away said he would make this right at no charge of course. Took couple of hours but I was very satisfied with the customer service & the honesty he showed & stood behind his word. I picked up my vehicle the same day 1/6/21 & the manager said if any issues to let him know, he apologized for the other location mishaps. I drove my car from Midas & so far no over heating issues & hope my coolant holds up. I wanted to wait for posting my review to see how may car hold up but I did this to praise the Manager Tommy due to his integrity. Midas should hang on to him, he is very professional, knowledgeable & great customer relation to reassure me he will correct the issue. Thanks Tommy H "Manager" for the service & wish other Managers in this field were as honest as you. I will bring my work vehicle's & my personal vehicle to his shop if I require any maintenance or repairs if needed in the future.
