Friendly service

I got my car service and was greeted when I walked in. The gentleman took my info and was able to look up a coupon to help with the oil change. Very helpful I usually go to Walmart for a oil change but it is extra to rotate tires and they don’t have coupons plus the wait is ridiculous. I found my new place for service.

Not my usual service experience!

Have been a customer for over 25 years Mainly for oil and filter changes. Had tires rotated but employee did not check tire pressure. All 4 tires were low on air and had to have service somewhere else because alert went off! Also was never offered any discount on service. Seemed that 77.00 for oil and filter change and labor was a bit high!

Fantastic Service

I needed quite a bit of work done which was going to be quite expensive as im military and away from home and its my only car not only did they work with me on the pricing but also were able to do all services the same day and get me back on the road. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of autocare they will handle it for sure.

I received a certificate in the mail for having had work done at the location before so I brought my Ford Windstar in for the free oil change. Unfortunately, while it was on the rack, a lot of repair work was discovered to the tune of approximately $1800...this is more than the value of the 1998 vehicle. Added to this surprise was the new manager and assistant, but the techs were about the same. I just want to be safe in the car since it's the one I use with my dogs. So, the work was done and I hope it was all necessary work since I have to depend on the staff's honesty and expertise. A week later, a "service" light came on in the dash and I brought it back in for a check up. I was told it was due to a cracked hose which was replaced. Unfortunately, the "light" came back on and I needed to leave. I was told it was safe to drive since I had planned on a small road trip with the dogs. Furthermore, I was told to bring the car back in for a thorough checkup of the hoses and cables which might be causing the "light." Ironically, I had asked the assistant manager about them while waiting in the lobby during the big job. I will bring the car back in, but wanted to let you know that I am pleased with the handling of the work and the good public relations with the new staff. They were pleasant to work with and I am pleased so far.

Crooks!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I only gave 5 stars because that was the only way to get my review posted this company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. These crooks over charged me by $1000* for services I did not agree too, they even created a fictitious receipt. When confronted with evidence of my original receipt against their fictitious one I was just ignored and laughed at. This occurred in March 2018 and we are in Sept 2018 and this has still not been remedied. I AM FILING COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, AND THE LOCAL NEWS CHANNEL. I IMPLORE ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE TO DO THE SAME. THERE ARE MANY ATTORNEYS THAT HAVE AND ARE FILING CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS AGAINTS MIDAS ACROSS THE US FOR SIMILAR INCIDENTS. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! DO NOT LET THESE CROOKS WIN, LETS MAKE THEM PAY US BACK WHAT WE ARE OWED AND LET THE LAW GIVE THESE THIEVES WHAT THEY DESERVE!!! POST YOUR COMMENTS LET YOUR VOICES BE HEARD.

more than an oil change

this is the first time I have visited this shop for an oil change service. what is so great here is that they found an urgently needed service on my brakes that I was not aware of. Brian and Steven were able to schedule my brake service right after the oil change so I would be safe driving home. Thank you Brian and Steven!

Repairs were excellent done under the supervisionf Jeff Beale who in my opinion is a person beyond reproch courtious and knowledgable. Tim, the area general manager was also preset at times and remembdered me as a client of many years back. I was and a very pleased with the work that was done. I now have better car brakes thanks to MIDAS and it excellent staff.

I've been goin to the22ndst store for about a year and the manager jeff is always nice friendly and very helpfull the guys he's got in the shop are always a big help and are nice and answer any questions that I or my wife have!!! We always recomend our friends family and coworkers and they never let us down! The other thing about the manager jeff is he won't bullshit you or lie to you he's always been a strait shooter and he's a all around good guy he's not only the manager but he's also the comedy relief
