Always went to Midas for both of my cars, got my breaks changed last time, but looks like they lost my wheels lock key for the Mercedes .they are not accepting their mistake when they called me and updated me about the wheel lock key and told me to order a new one. I did not argue and tried to be nice. I paid all the money in full but i am not happy. When we give our car to you for service, we expect you to take care of all the parts in the car, that trust is broken. Not sure if i am going to come back again at Midas.

Prior to our visit we called to ask how long the service will take. When we arrived we were given a longer estimate and when I mentioned that I asked, one of the front desk staff butted in to say if we like an oil change with faster service, we can go to another service shop across which we find rude. Also, during the entire service, we did not receive any call to ask if we wanted to get the engine checked as the light was on. We were also not given an estimate of the total price that we will pay for it and just accepted whatever was billed to us.
They know me and my car. I've been coming here since they opened and have not had a bad experience so far. Everything is always as I expect.

my car was broken into on your lot and no one notified me or let me know they suspect it was broken into. i am missing things from my car and when i called to ask the front desk said “we don’t have security 24/7 your car looked like it had been rifled through when we opened it.” Don’t you think this deserves a phone call to me? why would no one notify me my car looks like it was broken into.i would get better security or cameras on your lot because this isn’t the first time this has happened.
It really was the staff who made our visit outstanding. In particular, Greg, the technician and Sam, the receptionist who answered the phone and made our appt. Greg keep us appraised every step of the way and we felt that he had our best interest at heart and he also kept our budget in mind. He really is an exemplary employee and he was also extremely friendly and cordial and answered all our questions to our satisfaction.

I have been using this Midas location for over 6 years. It is the first time to encounter this issue!Unlike every time, the associate proceeded with reimbursable work without informing me what they are doing and the cost that I have to pay! They took 3 hrs to do a diagnostic that is done in 10 minutes in other shops and for free and I was charged $140 without being informed ahead. The lady was very rude and made fun of me when I asked to know more about the diagnosis!When I asked her why did not she tell me that I will be charged for the diagnosis ahead of time, she did not provide an explanation!I am hereby requesting to get refunded for this charge and getting EVERY CUSTOMER INFORMED WHAT THEY SHOULD EXPECT IN TERMS OF MONEY AND TIME!I ran into a problem with the same location last year where they ruined my brake system and I had to schedule 3-4 appointments for the "experts" to know what is going on and it turned out to be a problem that did and did not have the right tool to fix it!!!I am fed up with this LOW QUALITY and DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE I am getting!Thanks for reading.
