I had my brakes done by you guys 6 years ago so I had a life time warranty, so when I heard my brakes grinding I knew I needed to come back. Contacted you guys and set up appointment and then dropped off my car. Few hours later got a phone call what was wrong and what needed to be replace. Midas has been the only company that has regularly inspected and maintain my vehicle mostly for oil changes. So when they caught something that the dealership that sold me the vehicle did not. That was creating a huge problem in my car. I Felt very blessed. Also, this kind of helped grow my relationship with Midas. I'm not likely to take my vehicle to anyone else outside of services they cannot complete on my vehicle.
I like how Chris greasers you when you come in the door. Chris will give you updates about your vehicle while you wait. Chris makes fresh coffee to ensure customers have something to drink available for them. The entire team at the Harker Heights Midas is great!

The owner called to verify the comment I left when scheduling my appointment. They were ontime for my appointment, which is rare in this area. The technicians did a satisfactory job installing my new tires. The owner was polite and communicated well while at the store. The waiting area was reasonably clean for a mechanics shop with good amenities including water and coffee.
They are always friendly and informative at this location. My brakes need special attention and they went above and beyond for my vehicle’s safety.

I’ve been bringing all my vehicles here since 2017. Chris informs you what needs to be done and if parts are on hand. They have done great jobs on my vehicles. No complaints so far.
Put the parts back onto the car properly so the oil doesn’t gush out and almost ruin the car you just bought a couple months ago. Didn’t clean the oil off of all of the parts of the car so now the car is reeking of oil everytime I drive so now I have a constant reminder that my engine could have blown up and been without a vehicle all because of a careless mistake. I will not return to this company ever for an oil change or any other type of service

Machanic/store mngr was more thorough than I expected. Bought a used Nissan certified a week ago, just expected a tire alignment. He took me on a drive to listen to a noise I hadn’t noticed on test drive (waranteed.) did not talk down to me because I’m a woman. I had other obligations over an hour away so I’ve rescheduled alignment. Great service. Always went to Georgetown Midas after moving up here because I had loyalties. Now I have a midas minutes away that I trust! Very happy. Always recommend.

You need to have a customer services friendly person at the front desk to engage with customer's.
One he and 50 minutes is way too long for an oil change. When I asked what was taking so long I was told I had added a tire rotation which was incorrect. Thankfully they had not done that yet. When I went to show my coupon I was told it was not necessary. Then I was only credited for half the coupon. This was remedied in a timely manner. Overall not a very good experience.
Best decision I have made in having my vehicles serviced here. The staff is friendly and professional. Mechanics do the work right. The work is done on time and is great value for the money. This is now my primary place for auto servicing. Only ask they put paper/plastic mats down as some grease/dirt marks were left on the carpet when staff/mechanic was driving the car.

I brought in my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe which were having mechanical issues with the main engine belt and pulley gear.(was making a loud whining noise) The mechanics were able to troubleshoot it correctly and were able to fully explain to me how they were planning to fix the issue without charging me an arm and a leg. I've been to this Midas before for another vehicle I own and this team never disappoints who are professional, honest, and true to their word 100% I would recommend them to anyone who needs maintenance on there vehicles.

Vehicle broke down the night prior had it towed to my usual Midas, it was late in the evening so I left it till morning.Left a voicemail shortly before the store opened explaining the situation and what I experienced with my truck, came in @9:00am and waited for the work to be completed left by 11am.By the way had to take an ride-share home that night and back to the store the following morning have only myself to depend on but was confident I would be taken care of.....at my 200 Central Texas expressway 76548.

Communicate to the customer when you can’t get specific services completed, I observed from a distance that what I requested for was not done but I was charged for getting nothing done.

Your front desk associates always out the customers first. In general, not many companies care about customer service but yours go above and beyond. They explain maintenance and potential issues to me clearly with much given notice to save up for when that issue will be a real problem. When maintenance is completed, the job is never sloppy. I love this particular Midas and do not want anyone else touching my vehicles.

Water pump had become noisy after 100k on my B3000 truck and it was replaced in a very professional way by Greg. I looked at the work after the fact and everything was done correctly and cleanly to include a coolant flush. No mess to speak of. It is quiet
This store is normally a great place to go for car repairs depending on who you talk to. The manager of the store told me that if the front tires of my vehicle were changed that he would have to do a front end alignment also. I was told this once before
Oil change was amaturish! Oil spilled in the engine compartment dripping on the head, intake manifold and exhaust manifold and stinking up the cabin. Oily hand prints on the fender and hood. License plate bulb holder was not properly reinstalled leaving it to flop out and rattle on the bumper.
