Fabulous Service
My muffler was falling off the vehicle making terrible noise. I had to get to work, and the guys at Midas in Manassas were so speedy and helpful. Another shop told me I would need a whole new muffler assembly totaling $600! Midas fixed the assembly and charged me $88! He said I might need a new muffler in the future, but even then it would only be about $300. They were fair to me--a single female--and treated me very well. I will never go anywhere else now.

Midas always does a good job. But for the sake of your customer customers provide comfortable seating and a small service like FRESH WATEr or COFFEE. A SOFA THAT iS NOT FROM THE 50’s would be nice.

Forgot tire rotation

I hadn't been to a Midas in decades but walked into this Midas on a Sunday 45 min before they were going to close for a safety inspection, and they were kind enough to take my car in when everyone else said "No". I realize I was late and would have understood if they weren't able to take my car but I truly appreciated this. Also came in for an emissions inspection and was out of their in exactly the time they promised it would take, if not sooner. Awesome team of guys who are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and seem to work together well. I'll definitely be coming here again. Thanks guys! -Sib
