Kolby at Leesburg Midas is a professional and friendly person. Always trying to figure out the most cost effective way to keep our old Saab on the road. This fix ( front strut assembly) he suggested we could source our own parts and then they could do labor which all up saved us over $600.

I used the website to request an appointment and tell them my needs. The next morning, I received a call from a friendly associate who reviewed my repair needs and booked the appointment. I used the night drop box and left at the location the night before. On the day of the service, I got a call with an option for one more additional service, I reviewed my service record from the dealership and agreed that it was nearly time to get that extra service done. I called back and they were able to add the additional service. The car was free of grease inside when I picked up. The price was reasonable for the work done.

Read requested appointment information and call customer to let them know that you will accept the appointment, but a large charge will be accessed for confirming check engine code and that the parts will not be available to do repair the same day. So, charged $145 to confirm that I needed the thermostat replaced, same code and info i put in my appointment request, and that they wouldn't have the part for a couple of days and that it would be another $400 for repairs. The $400 is a reasonable price but the $145 to confirm engine code is horrible customer service, especially during the holidays. That's $145 I couldn't use toward the repair or for my family for 10 minutes of work. Meanwhile multiple customers that came in for diagnosis while I was there were not charged at all and were told what the repair was going to cost. Not equal treatment at all. I will discourage as many people as possible from using Midas. Personal relationships count and women shouldn't be treated differently.

Midas is a business of great integrity. I have used them on a couple occasions. They will not try to sell you things that you do not need. I brought my truck to them because the "stealership" keeps telling me that I need brakes ... which was clearly not the case. Midas showed that I have 8/32 which is a lot of brake pads left. I will always use Midas when it comes to the services that they perform!

Took my car to Midas Muffler to get a new muffler. They provided excellent service. Staff workers were very friendly and most of all, I felt that they were very trustworthy.
I love Midas. They are always honest and helpful and work with me to get my car back in good shape.
Went in to check a noise coming from the brakes. Sound checked, along with the whole car for $32. They didnt see that the brake indicator was on backwards, causing the noise, and tried to charge $600 to fix the brakes. They also tallied up a total of $3000 worth of things they could fix that didnt need to be. Good thing were smarter than that. Went home and replaced the brakes for $120. Overall, they did a decent job looking at the car, but they have steep prices.
