So I was referred to Midas through a friend and called them and explained my situation and they told me to bring my truck by and they would take a look at it. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EVER!!

The Midas in Fredericksburg is truly the Best shop ever. They have always done everything to help out the customers and not to overcharge the customer. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I have used this shop since 2002. Whenever there is a problem with my vehicle they do everything to make sure the repairs are done quickly and properly. The owner is always involved with what is going on with the shop, the staff and the customers. I never worry about car issues with this awesome shop and staff. The shop manager Hunter is so awesome and the office manager Heather is so kind and friendly. There is no other shop I recommend for my auto care needs.

I took my 2012 Ford Fusion to Midas on Jeff-Davis Blvd. in Fredericksburg, Va. on 11-9-2019 for a scheduled appointment for an oil change. Emily at the front desk was very personable, helpful and efficient. She reviewed a quote estimate for repairs thoroughly with me so I understood everything that was recommended. Hunter and ****** did a thorough inspection of my vehicle prior to doing the oil change. They explained recommended repairs to me for my car and answered all of my questions expertly!!! Above and Beyond

Got rack&pinion replaced. Took it for state inspection and it passed. Took it to Firestone for wheel alignment. VCS/trac off lights on. Returned to Firestone. All of a sudden the rubber boots have “tears”, needed replaced for $300-400. Returned to Midas. Boots had been cut with knife. Midas going to replace and do wheel alignment for me at no cost. I’m an old woman that Firestone wanted to rip off. So thankful for Midas.

State Inspection & tire rotation

Found & fixed a noise up front I encountered occasionally going around turns or hitting bumps (sway bar links were broken) Replaced front pads & did a tire rotation. No more clunking going around turns or random bumps. SUV feels a bit smoother ride & definitely feels a bit safer. Nice work & had it out quickly considering.

I brought my car in to have what I thought was a bad muffler replaced, to my surprise they said it was the tail-pipe and that they could fix-it with no problem. While waiting I called the Infiniti Dealer for a price quote, which was $2,229.00 The total cost at Midas for the repair and I added an oil change, was less than $300.00.........wow Not only did they save me money, but I would have driven an two hours plus just to get to the dealership. I had the rear struts replaced on my 2003 Toyota Avalon. The Manager Brian made his recommendations and his Tech, Brian Moxey performed the install. It took 1 hr and I was very happy with the price and timeliness of service.
