Randomly drove in. Got prompt service. And was out quickly and with a great price.
I was told there was an issue with my car and would have to get it fixed (fairly) soon. I was given a quote (which was double what every other garage quoted me). I took my vehicle to 2 different places to have it checked and NOTHING was wrong with it and it needed no additional work. I was lied to and this company tried to take advantage of me and scam me out of money by having additional work done that was NOT needed at all.

Very bad Refurbished and very expensive alternator replacement
I am very disappointed to know that you charged me almost 1000 dollars to replace my alternator. After two weeks back on the road, the alternator broke down again because it was a bad and refurbished . My car died on me and barely was able to drive the car back to my house. I had to call my mechanic because I did not know what it was. I had to pay a mechanic for telling me what was wrong with the car and the mechanic told me it was the alternator. I had to take the car to a midas repair shop and I had to pay an uber to take me home and I will have to pay another uber to take me to midas . You were supposed to provide me with a new alternator. You owe me money because you ne need to give me some of this money back to me .I feel ripped off

I have always paid 59.22 for the oil change full synthetic with tire rotation, This time I paid $70.56 for the same service with a #20,00 coupon. This does not add up, so the real price was $90.56? This does not seem right. I should get a credit back to my card of $20.00.

The dealer wouldn't get me in for 3 weeks. I called Will at the Fort Pierce, Fla. Store and he put me at ease, assuring me they could handle the job and told me to bring it in right now.They serviced me promptly, although it took all day because it was a complicated repair. I was very happy with them and felt they went the extra mile for me. I highly recommend them.
discovered a oil leak when i got home. the oil plug seal was not replaced and had to return to have it repaired

The staff in the location were great. My problem is with the website. I was given a quote online of $169 to $199 for rear brake shoe replacement on my specific vehicle. When I got to the location it was more than twice that amount for the service and there were no extra issues to cause more labor. I think the estimates given online need to be evaluated

William was nice but other items were added to my service that I was not prepared to deal with or afford because I take care of my disabled parent. Also now my car is making a noise from the engine bay. I did not have any noise in my engine bay before having my car serviced???
I am Satisfied with this Midas because of the good customer services. The whole experience is like sitting at home waiting for your relatives to service your vehicle. I notice another thing everybody act like family friendly people, even their customers. I always talk to my neighbors, and my family about taking their vehicles to Midas, and when they dont listen, and go somewhere else they end up spending too much money, and their vehicle end up being sold to the junk yard. Its always good to listen to a real satisfied customer like myself. Midas work with all customers on their budget.
Some services were really not need at the time.
When a customer is checking in and talking to the associate and the phone rings instead of putting that person on hold or taking their number he instead serviced that person on the phone even though I was already talking about my car and what I could of had done. He made me feel second rate and that I wasn't important. Also my chart should of been on file previously but was miss spelled and we corrected it and still he had to order the part for my oil change. Took longer and he wouldn't go over any other things that had to be done or give me prices of them! Only one price he gave me of 1 item which was the most expensive so we never had a disgusting of the other stuff.
I came in without an appointment after being turned away at goodyear since they were too busy. There was a nail in my tire - the Midas crew brought my car in to inspect within 15 minutes of my arrival and removed the nail and since it was too small a nail to have punctured the tire (it was just stuck in the tread) they didn't even charge anything. I was very impressed and I will be back for other service in the future!
I am Highly satisfied with this Midas because of the location, and friendly customer services. I will be coming back to receive more services from Midas because I was told what services my vehicle needed, and Midas sent me a inspection report on my phone to list the overall Inspection Results. I will always come to Midas because I trust them to tell me the truth, and to fix the problems that I am able to pay for. Thats Great Quality Customer Services. Five Star.

They gave my vehicle a free inspection, went over that inspection with me, informed me of services that I will be needing in the near future, even had pictures to show me what they were explaining. I made the call...asked if they carry COOPER brand tires and I was advised that yes they do, and I was informed right away that there was a sale on tires at this time and I was informed of the correct tires recommended and the cost of all. My 2010 Ford F150 truck started exhibiting brake problems 4-5 days prior. I had booked a service for the replacement of front rotors/brake pads at another service center the day before for an estimated cost of $325. The service appointment was for one week later. On the day I visited Midas my brakes started to be very noisy and partially locked in reverse. I called this Midas center in an emergency and they were able to get me in immediately due to a cancellation in their schedule. As the technician drove my truck into the service bay, what was left of a brake pad fell onto the floor. I would not have been able to make a 90minute journey home in this condition. The tech examined the front brakes and the owner/operator explained the problem was rotors/pads but also calipers and gave me the cost for the repairs. I agreed to have the repairs done and it took around 2 hours to do this. Having been quoted $325 for brake pad/rotor replacement a final bill of $ 1040 seemed a bit high and I was concerned I had been taken advantage of in this emergency - I hopenot the owner was very pleasant and informative but the cost did seem a bit high? I'm from Canada so price matching was difficult.
I went for a simple oil change, after cancelling and rescheduling but they were still stupid nice and i also was late because of my personal issues and they understood and did my oil change then let me know my tires needed done and did two tires in 45 mins i was impressed , they were extremely sweet and even offered a credit card to make payment easier. Found other problem with brakes that other shops couldn’t find
The guys at midas went above and beyond. Called to see if they had a tire instock, they did not have in the store but they did have it 10 mins away in their warehouse. Told them im on the way got there an my tire was already there waiting. In an out pretty fast. Highly recomend midas of ft pierce !
