To make a better car care experience for all, we’re focused on creating a transparent, pressure-free environment, without the intimidation or upselling tactics found at other shops.

For us, this starts internally, where we’ve rolled out a new training program to teach our employees how to partner with customers to provide straightforward information and solve the problem with them. And most importantly, we’re always making sure we let customers know what needs fixing now and what can wait.

Beyond that, we’ve also implemented our Closer Look Vehicle Check in stores. This gives customers a digital report straight to their phone, which includes pictures and videos, along with explanations and advice on what’s wrong with their vehicle.
