Everything was great. The only thing i didn't receive was a "good, better, best" option for my solution, that's if there was even that option to begin with. Other than that, it was great. The Dafe Key Drop Off Box should be more clearly labeled outside as i had to make 2 trips.

The part was that was replaced was $167 At the local parts place in the same Plaza where they probably actually ordered from. they charged me almost $900 for the part, I feel very ripped off and I will be putting a Google review on.

Clearly state the price for the vehicle I entered when I booked online. I was quoted 89$ however the final price was 160$. I know for specialty products I may have to pay a bit more but not almost 60% more.

When I first tried to make the appointment the time wasn’t available. They were very accommodating when I called back to see if I could get an earlier time. They got it in and completed the same day even though they had to stay a little late.

On the way home an engine warning light came on and I returned to the. location ... It turned out this was due to a hole in the welding job performed which activated an oxygen sensor. After about a further hour, the location resolved the issue.

Communicate proper times at drop off/prior to drop off (Had to book an appointment so I assumed my car would be in on or at least close to the time. It was not and had to wait just over 6 hours for an oil change). Communicate more in depth on pricing (advertisements on website are different than what I was charged even though I only asked for what was shown online)

I booked the oil change for my familiar car, a dodge grand caravan, saying specifically that I wanted the $49.99 deal. Then my husband brought the car and was charged the $89.99 with synthetic oil like it was a FERRARI CAR! Really unprofessional

Very impressed on how easy it was to setup an appointment at the last second, didn’t take very long and it wasn’t hard. I was honestly expecting the mechanics to try and tell me I needed some other part it’s going to cost this much more, but when they found a problem Brad tried to save me some bucks in case there was something happened. Will definitely come back!

Was able to get in pretty quick after I called. The only issue is that it took longer to get it done than first told, I had to call in to check the time. As I did not need the car, did not impact my day.

Had an appointment for 12 am . They where behind . I was told that when I walked in.You can not foresee what’s going to go wrong when working on cars. Took a little longer than I expected but I’m happy with the work.

Do not make the vehicle worse than it was before. They did a work on the steering wheels and now the car is not driveable anymore. And now they want to charge me to fix the issue that they created themselves. Unbelievable!

John yoke the time to demonstrate and discuss all the issues, and potential issues I could face in the future with my car.

The staff at Midas was wonderful, starting with the Assistant Store Manager Jon down to all the mechanics, everyone was friendly and the work that was done to my vehicle was amazing, couldn’t have asked for better service! Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to fix their vehicle.

The inspection report was not consistent with the work the the technician called about. There were other items that were mentioned on the phone call as compared to the report. Perhaps the lingo was not understood by me. In the end, I was still not sure if everything that was mentioned in the report and the phone call was competed.I expressed to get all the work done. For an agreed price. At any rate, look at my inspection report compared to the work done and let me know if it jives...Thanks.

Not enough seats available for waiting.

I had used the online service to schedule a service, of rotation of my summer tires to my winter tires, and never did hear back for a week. So I called and booked the tire rotation for the next day, appreciate the quickness of being able to do that. I also appreciated hearing of the condition of the two sets of tires so I am comfortable for two to three years before buying new ones.

Jay is a great advisor who builds quality relationships with customers. The service inspection reports are transparent and clear and they help guide your decisions on maintenance.

Oil change included tire rotation. When I asked if the TPMS needed to be re calibrated I was advised they would be mixed up but it didn't matter??? Based on this declined the rotation but it was done anyway. Now TPMS is mixed up front to rear....

Our vehicle was completed in a timely manner and they accommodated us by using a floor jack as the lift was in use, really went above and beyond for us

I’ve had my wheel alignment and an out of province inspection done on my old chevy truck at Midas, Crowfoot. I was pleased with the service and found the staff to be helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back in the future.

I had a great experience with Midas Crowfoot. Booking online was easy, and I was able to adjust my appointment time just as easy with an email to them. Getting there I was greeted with a friendly smile and a welcoming hello from John. He kept me informed with the progress of my car, and we even talked about shop while I waited. Great place! Great people! I will be taking my vehicle there again for sure. :)

Please inform more accurate time of the work. The reception told me it took a couple of hours to finish the Out of Province Vehicle inspection, so I decided to wait. However, it ended up 5 hours actually.

This service was only for changing one wheel stud, I asked for the estimate in advance and what I paid was within that range, luckily towards the lowest price. I had planned to wait 1 hour and wait 30 minutes.

I liked the amount of communication I received (texts when the car was inspected, an emailed very detailed quote immediately after I requested it). I liked the friendly and fast service.

The car is still making quite a bit of noise (exhaust system was repaired)
