Steve has been a great help, I have been coming to this Midas for a couple of years now and Steve has always been such a great help with explaining on what needs to be worked on, even when I call to ask a question, Steve has always been so helpful, and always polite and just all around a great person.

Had Wheel Bearings replaced on my '99 Mountaineer. They did the Diagnostic Test on my vehicle to let me know what parts need to be replace. They did the job on my vehicle in the time that I was told. Ed was great in helping me. Getting more work done soon.

He was amazing, going over everything in detail and showing me the link they sent to me with photos and all of the issues they found when I asked for an inspection during my oil change. He caught that my back breaks were bad along w some other items that did not impact the safety of driving the car. With no pressure at all he helped me prioritize what needed to be done first and help me make future appointments to get the work done. Amazing. I would refer this shop to anyone asking. I would recommend Midas to inspect this franchisee/center and double check their capabilities and cancel their license. As they are cheating customers by replacing unwanted parts without fixing the problems and finally suggesting to take the vehicle to company dealership.

I asked about the dashboard lights. I was told it was in the paperwork so assumed they were off. They weren’t.I asked for a headlamp, was quoted $130, I said no way, he came back with $79. A bit high for a headlight wouldn’t you say? The oil change and wiper blades were fine. But I left there with stabilitrack, brake assist, traction control lights etc still on and no explanationwhy or suggested maintenance. It says brakes and tires are fine. Steve and Renaldo are great. They work together to serve a busy location. I really appreciate how they inspected my 2005 Camry found needed repairs then offered me a ride back to work so everything could be finished same day.

I was not Highly Satisfied with my Midas experience was because my car seats and doors were stained with dirt from the hands of the technician(s) that worked on my car. However, he did a great job!

Price is highly inflated, the store nearby dropped the part as Midas have internal ordering system, the store is selling the same part in less than 50% of what Midas charge to customer, on top you charge huge labor cost

It was conducted at different times on the same day as the oil exchange for two cars. I know the difference between 6qt and 8qt, but the cost difference seemed too big. The price tag says $69.00 but I paid $89 and $120.00.

Everything was great. I have only one complaint. I spent almost 1100 on new tires and when they brought my vehicle out the tires were filthy. I immediately went to a car wash, paid extra for the tire cleaning and it still did not clean the tires. Went home and used a tire shine product. I would have liked the tires to look new!

When I left my car started making a Loud knocking noise. Went back & was promptly addressed.

On 3/29/22 I had an oil change in Mundelein IL. I tried to submit a coupon from Midas that said: 29.95 for synthetic blend 29.95 or full synthetic oil change for 59.99. The man behind the counter told me that it was also for a tire rotation which I didn?t have. When I got home I looked at the coupon and it never mentioned a tire rotation. I foolishly believed this man. I will not use this Midas again because they cannot be trusted.

Put too much oil in the engine during the routine oil change

they took the time to figure out why my brakeing system wasn't working properly the problem was i had rust dust in my wheel bearing they fixed it and im very happy now that i have brakes and safety for me and my children ..thanks MIDAS
