I wish that I had grabbed the gentleman's name who helped me in your lobby on Monday when I dropped my car off for an oil change, but I was remiss in getting it. This man made my experience amazing from start to finish and is an EXEMPLARY employee for Midas. I have had TERRIBLE experience with service shops as a woman, and feeling like I'm being ripped off. He was so kind and his energy was so positive. He explained every detail to me, but didn't talk to me like I was stupid. I will bring my car back to this Midas for everything because of this experience, and I will tell everyone I know to do the same. Midas, I hope you reward this employee for his outstanding customer service!! Again, I'm not sure of his name, but I dropped my car around 11:30 on Monday (3/18). The employee who helped me was very thorough and invested while explaining the work that needed to be done and my options. I felt as though he truly cared about me and my vehicle. I already knew most of what needed to be done and this inspection was a second opinion. Thier assessment was spot on and they actually found a couple other things that my primary mechanic did not catch and explained them in more detail than any other shop I’ve been to.
Peter at the Shakopee location did an amazing job working on our vehicle. Reid helped walk us through the pricing, insurance and final details in a friendly and professional manner.
Went in to get my fiances headlight assembly replaced (Dodge Stratus 2005). The tech told me it was the wrong light and "it says Sebring right there on the box". It does. Right above that it also says Stratus. Not sure if he even tried to put it in or not.Front desk guy was really nice, so he can have a star. Won't be returning.
I just got my vechile and was selective of who to take it too. After reading reviews I chose Midas. The reviews were everything they said they were friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I feel they are there to help the customer not to rip them off.
I had a muffler emergency and they were ably to squeeze me in right away. They explained things well and I had my car back my mid afternoon! Very pleased with the service I received.

check engine light P0420 comes on randomly. They were not able to find any issues. Charge me an exorbitant price of $ 450.00 for induction cleaning which I could have done myself. Recommend fuel cleaner also for an additional charge. I can purchase these items on my own and do this myself. Car has slight shake at idle and I am very sure they did not fix the real issues. I was disappointed at their troubleshooting skills and high prices. Now I have spent $ 450.00 for a problem that will surely come back. Labor is unbelievable for a small amount of work. I would hate to see the charge for major issue. Cleaning the inside of my engine which is a good thing to do still has NOTHING to do with Catalyst system efficiency below threshold?
