Michelin Defender GRNX

These tires provide exceptional comfort, confident handling and an incredible 90K tread wear warranty -- plus they save gas mile after mile.

Saves gas
Exceptional cornering and stopping
Smooth, quiet ride … for 90K miles

A Closer Look: Michelin pulled out all the stops on this one. The special ”low rolling resistance“ tread compound takes you further on every gallon of gas -- and gives you a faster stopping edge in emergencies. Using cues from performance tires, the stiffened walls and rounded shoulders provide superb handling and driver feedback. Long grooves and special interlocking siping keep the tire on the road at all times, including wet or slightly snowy weather. Inside, steel belts and a thick, cushiony tire body give quiet and comfort mile after mile. Tuned, variable treads minimize noise, so you can enjoy conversation, music -- or just peaceful silence -- in the cabin.
