The silica compound and high-density siping work together to deliver powerful grip in light snow, while the optimized rubber-to-void ratio and uniform contact patch provide dry traction and even wear. On the inside, twin steel belts strengthen the tire for extra durability, and sidewall reinforcements allow the tire to run flat for up to 50 miles at 50 mph (unless otherwise specified by the vehicle manufacturer), giving you time to get somewhere safe.
