It was my first time going to Midas and I will be returning for routine checks on my car, I had a great experience!

I go there quite often for my oil change, etc. Miguel is the one I speak with, when I'm there. He communicates to me exactly what I need and/or how long it would take, etc.

Restroom not working.... no coffee ☕.. other than that.. everything is good...

I had tried to schedule my appointment initially at a different location and no one ever responded so I ended up going to a completely different location. I was not aware that pricing changed or was different between the stores or that's you had to use the coupon or that the coupons varied between the stores I had priced my oil change at you know $20 and ended up paying $60 there's notes showing some issues with the vehicle that they found during their inspection but no one even bothered to speak to me about him or explain what they are so I still don't know what's wrong with my car

Fast services, told me a price and that was the price and very friendly. I didn't wait very long. Office was very cool and comfortable.

Easy to set up an appointment, had little knowledge of why car was stalling and without having a check engine light, they found out what was wrong and got it fixed so fast!

When I made appointment online, I was called within 30 minutes to confirm it. When I arrived there, I was welcomed and the gentleman talked to me with respect and did not talk down to me as if I knew nothing. Very comfortable there. Will go back.
