I always go to this location as they are always prompt and professional.They explain what to expect and deliver what is promised. I especially like the ease of scheduling and that they are always on time.

I called and was able to get in right away. The coupon benefit was explained well over the phone and then it was followed through on perfectly. This was the cleanest and most uncluttered auto shop I have ever seen and I told the gentleman at the desk that I thought so. By the way, I am 72 yrs old and have seen my fair share of shops. I was quoted $2000 to replace my brakes and my rotors. Finally wound up paying just over 1700 which was still way too high. Not only did they take advantage of me and charge me way too much but they charged a fee for my credit card to up their profits even more. The owner clearly does not understand how to do business in customer satisfaction and should be taken out of the franchise

Took my car in for an oil change.Once they finished and gave me my car back they told me they noticed I had coolant leaking and then showed me where the coolant could be leaking but they weren’t sure from where and they would recommend taking it to the dealer or doing a pressure test to see where the leak was coming from.Guy that did the oil change told me if it is what he thinks he would have it in a few hours and gave me an estimate.Did the pressure test and said I needed a water pump.Instead of taking it to the dealer and have them charge me a arm and leg I just told them to do it.Had it done in 3 hours and car is running great.Super nice staff.

It needs to be explained to customers that the total price includes labor charges. I was trying to save money, and ended up paying way more than expected.
The follow up to my first call was fast, product options clearly explained and service performed well and quickly. Everyone was professional and friendly. Offered additional service options without pressure.
Highly knowledgeable staff who addressed my issue
I went in for a headlight replacement and new with wiper blades and the man came back with hundreds of dollars of other things that needed to be done. It took a very long time and I felt duped because I also got new air filters. I feel just to pad the job. All I wanted was to be able to drive at night and in the rain.
The manager is irresponsible and gives quotes that he wants to give. I had to come back to them immediately after leaving because my car had a new strange whistle sound. I'm thoroughly disgusted with this location.

I brouht in a coupon that was for $25 for oil change and free tire rotation. I was told they don't do the tire rotation as stated on the coupon. It was a great experience! Call to see if they could get me in quick, since I was being towed. They figured out that it was the starter and told me it would take a couple of hours. They then arranged to give me a ride home and picked me up when it was finished. Unbelievable service I was really pleased!

The manager at Midas in Laguna Niguel has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. He is very unprofessional and should not be a manager. I used to see Marco who worked there for years and he was amazing. Marco is the reason I continued to use Midas for my car for years. I will never ever step a foot back into this location again. I will also advise to other to not use Midas in their future car services.
If the customer not satisfied make sure they get what they want, make consideration if you did not fix the issue not to charge like you fixed it right
