I was very satisfied with my visit to this Midas location as I did not have an appointment but I was accommodated and my vehicle was serviced right away.
Clean the facility - cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Put prices on your overhead sign for Gods sake. Don't schedule me for 12 and hand me my car at 4:30 for a flippin brake job. If your employees take lunch, tell me don't just let me sit there. Take a shower and act like you care.
I was highly satisfied with the gentleman behind the counter. He was very polite and humorous. Well attentive to me and my car . I also had the privilege in meeting the sweet gentleman who worked on it. He clarified with me as to what he was working on etc… A++ for The Midas Team !!
Any service done should be done properly, customer should not have to come back 2 or 3 times to get it fixed. It took sometime to fix my car, looks like this location has a new guy who keeps coming to the office for every little stuff. Please hire some trained technicians who know what they are doing.

Reggie, the employee who checks everyone in, makes each visit worthwhile. He is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. When you arrive, he makes you feel welcome and explains everything. He treats each customer the same and with respect. You know what you're going to pay up front.

The oil change was average.I wanted to have additional services done but this Midas is not full service. In addition they wanted a 300% mark up on the spark plugs for my truck. I will not be returning.

I got an alignment, it still pulled to the left. I bought 4 tires, one went flat on under an hour due to faulty valve. Manger lied to my face even after I showed him a video of the valve leak. I will never go to that shop again though I've had great service at other Midas locations.
The experience was knowledgeable found out that I need a valve cover gasket, made an appointment.
Got alignment, it still pulled to the leftInstalled 4 tires, one went flat in under a hour due to faulty valve. Poor service, dishonest manager. Lugs torqued to over 100 ft lbs, 2 of them torqued to 120 ft lbs. Manufacturer recommends 65-87 ft lbs. After 3 visits in 3 days it finally "seems" right, time will tell. I will not recommend this shop, will try other Midas shop for warranty work. Horrible experience.
