I'm asking myself why I didn't go their in the past! Sheridan is where I purchased my vehicle, so I figured I'd bring it there...it was a horrible experience (twice)! I will be returning to Midas and I WILL recommend them to my friends and family!This was the best experience.

Quick and easy. Also the buy two tires get one free sale was a great deal. Most companies were offering similar deals but only on low grade tires. I was able to get a set of Nexen tires with this deal.

Car engine light warning light came on. Vehicle occasionally began hesitating when stepping on the gas. Issue diagnosed in less than five minutes. Air intake hose cracked and creating fuel/air mixture issues. Shop had to call around a number of GM dealers to find the part. Manager got on this immediately and finally found the hose. I was immediately contacted when it came in. Came back in and the part was installed right away. I have been coming to this shop since I tracked down the mechanic now working here who came from a prior location. A job well done!

Taking my cars in for oil changes at Midas on Miller Road are super easy. I call for an appointment, drop off and it’s done within an hour. I either work while waiting or walk to my office so when my car are done I get a call immediately. It’s quick and easy. The staff is always friendly and easy to deal with.

Very nice, knowledgeable, friendly shop and Only disappointment was that fender covers were not used. I have scheduled another appointment for a tire related problem.

My car was really bad that morning. It was an emergency situation. I called and spoke to an associate who was honest with me about wait times. I got there and was treated right away and with kindness and patience. Everything was explained to me so I could understand.

This locations staff was very attentive and informative. They took my car in and let me know how long it would take and offered to get me water from the fridge and access to the coffee bar.

I called the morning of. They fit me in that day. And plugged my tire within 20 minutes of me showing up. They were super friendly and knowledgeable on issue at hand.

They showed me the damaged parts and gave me options for saving money. They suggested new tires, but didn't push. They gave me a ride home when it turned out it would have to stay overnight. When I told them I had a doctor's appointment in the morning and wouldn't be available when they expected to be finished, they didn't call when it was done so I wouldn't be disturbed. (That's a good thing)

Issue with broken rim and destroyed tire from an accident. I ordered a rim online due to cost. I had Midas order the tire. Excellent coordination with shop when I received the rim. Shop got on it once I had vehicle towed in along with the new wheel rim. Trust this shop fully as I know their head mechanic (shop foreman) Thankfully noother damage other than tire and rim. I highly recommend this shop.

There was a bit of a mixup in the part type needed, so the quoted price was lower than what was actually needed. They apologized for the mistake and added a small discount.

Since I was present during the service I would liked to see the alignment process performed. I think the broken TPS in the tire should have been retained and shown to me. I have no doubt that the work was performed, but to show the broken part or the alignment process should be a normal part of the process to instill confidence & trust in the service.

Chris is an amazing owner and because of him and his team ( truly cared about my vehicle and getting the right work done- walked me through all options was straight up about price)I lost my breaks on my F150 and they had me back on the road and safe for an incredibly reasonable cost.Found out he has a shop in Elkton MD and Baltimore!I would not hesitate e to recommend for all aspects of mechanical work-Tom is a superior mechanic.

My damage was severe and under manufacturers warranty and I was advised it would be best to take it to the dealer. I really appreciated the honesty of the serviceman.

Payment Options. I used a Bank Certified Check for payment. I had to wait while Midas Management was called to confirm that the check was a feasible payment option. The site Manager called the Bank to verify the validity of the check. I was kinda insulted because I had never had that type of experience using "Certified" or "Guaranteed" money. In the future I would suggest if it is Midas's policy not to accept certified checks to post a sign in a location that is clearly visible to customers.

I didn’t know what was originally wrong with my vehicle, I took it in and they quoted me on what I knew I needed. When they diagnosed what was else was wrong, they called me and explained what the issue was and how much each part would cost as well as the labor fees. Every employee was kind, I’ll definitely be a returning customer.
