I truly felt they worked with my as best as they could to give me the best price for 4 new tires and an alignment. I have been coming here for 6 years now because the service is always quick and professional but the customer service is really why I always come back.
Please do not install defected parts that are visibly messed up. Technician was frustrated which caused him to break a sensor in my car. Because multiple defected parts were installed, the wheel hub caused damaged to my CV axle. I had to keep coming back to get the issue taken care of. Manager had to lift car to see where issue was coming from.
Service manager, Jay and Gil always give great advice. Know my cars history, use top level parts, give me updates as car has service.
The manager is an awesome person takes his time to explain everything and he always makes sure you leave with a smile and with great customer service. Mr. Acevedo is the reason I don’t take my vehicle only at Midas. Satisfied 100%

I assumed because I made an appt. that it would take no more than two hours for an oil change. It ended up taking three hours and 45 minutes from when I dropped off my car until they notified me it was ready to pick up.

This visit was cursed from the beginning. 1) Your online system never confirmed my appt. 2) I had to call in and verify appt. 3) I had to remind your employees to order the parts for my repair. only to find out the were ordered the day before my appt. and the first 1.5 hours I'm there is waiting for the parts to arrive. 4) Your tech stated there is a seized bolt on a 2021 Tacoma truck, mind you now, this is the same facility that aligned the truck in January of this same year.
I was highly satisfied with the men at the front counter. I was not satisfied with the fact I had to pay labor costs for the time spent correcting the mistake of the parts company. They delivered the wrong part and I waited another 2 hours for the part to be delivered and was charged labor for the time I had to wait when the mechanic worked on other cars. Did not seem right. Makes Midas seem a little greedy.

Brake job was completed with a soft pedal that was bit present before the repair. Took it back same day and brakes were manually bled. No change and too busy to look at it again that day. Took it back a third time and the brakes were electronically bled. Problem solved!Why wasn’t this done the first time? Did the tech not notice the pedal was too soft? Very friendly staff and willing to do what it took to fix the problem.

The general manager, Jay Acevedo, was wonderful. He had a great personality whether on the phone or in person. During the tire rotation, it was they discovered that I needed rear brake pads. Jay showed me the wear which I appreciated so I could see for myself the wear and need for the brake pads and no rotor damage. Jay called me and all the other customers by name which made that very personal. I was overall very satisfied with the service rendered and would definitely return to this business for services needed.

Jay was the service advisor. turns out we needed rear pads, rotors, shocks. Jay explained the problem, had us wait while NAPA delivered parts in about an hour, and installed the parts on the same day. Our car rides very smoothly and braking seems very good now. WE also had synthetic oil change so air filter, serpentine belt battery was also checked. Jay explained each step of the way, alternatives and costs.

I’ve been going to 609 W Robertson St, Brandon, FL,33511. For almost 2 years anytime I experienced a problem with my car I would sure enough bring my car to their automotive shop. And ask in advance if they would have any availability to fix any of my cars problems. I never had an issue with payment but every time I would arrive to the location with a problem. I would magically leave with another problem in advance on top of the issue I already had beforehand. Such as an (ABS Sensor) problem or needing new Spark plugs for my car etc. I always received more problems leaving their shop versus having the problems solved. I will never recommend anybodyEVER to do business with them unless you have a camera watching their every move. 2/10

I had a tire emergency on my way to work. My family owns a small business a few blocks from Midas. Both of my sisters have been taking thier vehicles to Midas for a few years and talk very highly of the service they recieve from Jay at the Brandon store and advised me to go there. With no appt they were able to fix my issue along with others I had been dealing with for months by 4:00pm the very same day. ( 4 new tires balanced and aligned, a complete brake job all the way around including 2 new rotors, and an oil and filter change). I feel so much better about the safety of my vehicle with 260,000 miles on it. Taking my truck to Midas was the best decision I've made in a while and that's a fact! Thanks Midas!
