Kyle was very friendly and communicated right away to let us know it would take a little longer to get the car done than expected. That wasn’t an issue for us at all! They even filled up our wiper fluid, something I didn’t expect them to do!

I feel like the prices are really high. It was well over $200 for a battery that I just put in 2 years before. It just seems like it’s really expensive there, but other than that, everything was fine. The employees were really nice.

Had an on-line & mailer coupon for a conventional oil change. They would not honor it. Said it was Midas policy to only change my oil with synthetic or blend oil. Toyota specifications call for conventional.So much for getting my future business.

Was never told lug nuts were tightened or replaced. Tire rotation was done because they said I needed new rear tires. Declined tire purchase. Was told tires were never removed because if no rotation.
