The online appointment request is not working as promised. You promised an appointment response within 30 business minutes and I didn't get one for approximately 7 business hours. I spent additional time looking at other vendors while waiting for my response. Very disappointing!

Last time I got an oil change and tire rotation when tires weren’t purchased from you it was 120. This time 181 when tire rotation was covered by warranty.

The Midas location where I schedule my visit was unable to handle my request. The manager sent me to another location and didn't want to work with me to correct what his shop had done on the original install.I went to another location he sent me to, and they handled the problem and did a terrific job and I will take all further work to that location.

I was highly satisfied because they showed me what was wrong with my car. I did not feel like they were “taking advantage” of me, which is hard to say with any mechanic shop. Though my car was expensive to fix, they saved me a lot of money in not having to go out and get a new car. They were straight up with me and that is more important to me than anything else. When I got to drive my car after the repairs my 200K miles car felt like a brand new car. I really appreciate everything they did. Price should not been what it was I come there all the time and it’s no way I should of paid the same price for my 2017 Durango rt which also requires another quart and my 2015 Chevy equinox lt also I bring all my cars there and nothing and they never do the tire rotation or top off fluids like they say they will just ridiculous also no sticker was put on car

The mechanic technicians were smoking while around the vehicles being serviced. At one point I saw a mechanic get into a vehicle with a cigarette. When I picked up my vehicle there were cigarette ashes in my car and it stunk like cigarette smoke
Some of the issues fixed on this visit existed for about 6 months. I had been to 3 other places to try to diagnose the problems, and I was not getting anywhere. This was my first time at this location, and my only plan was to warranty out the struts that I got at another Midas. I mentioned the noises I have been hearing for months and after a quick test drive they knew what the problems were. The other shops, including another Midas, seemed to have no idea what was going on with my car, and if I could have got the ball joints replaced earlier, some of the other parts wouldn't have worn down as quickly as they did. I drive for Uber so it's very important to keep my car in good shape, and try to get as much life out of it, without spending on unnessesary repairs that don't make any sense. I feel this is an honest shop and I have not felt that way about some other shops I have been to lately.
If this company refunds me back my money what your employee Jay charged me $47 and some change with no reason and this Jay stop robbing customers like this way I definitely come back and I recommend others.

I went up to Midas to have them check out one of my tires. I knew that I had a nail in it but didn't know the extent of it. One of the guys showed me where my tire was starting to split where the nail was that it wasn't patchable so I decided to get a new tire so they went ahead and looked at the others and noticed that one of my other tires were doing the same thing and explained that it probably be best to get that one changed out as well. I went ahead and got both tires even though I couldn't really afford to. Yes they did explain the payment plan but I wasn't to sure about it so I just went ahead and paid for them. Yes, it is going to put me in a bind for 2wks when I get paid again but traveling like I do for work, I felt that I better be safe than sorry. When I can afford it; I probably will go back and get the other 2 done as well. I was totally satisfied with the guy at the front desk and the guy that did the work on my truck(suv). Hopefully the 2 of them will be there again when I go back to have the others done. Thanks for having them there and I greatly appreciate all they did for me!!

Lower the prices stop price gouging for brakes it's ridiculous your hurting yourself in the competitive market. I'm sure that's why you charge 40$ to look at the brakes lol 2 sets of front brakes & an oil change for 560$ ? You have to be kidding me, I got both brakes serviced an alignment and new set of tires for 1500 tax and all at tire kingdom. The brakes cost 260 that's including tax , your store tried charging close to double that price.

The problem was with the Extended Warranty company. Midas tried to offer me a better option.
From the pricing I was given and comparing to other very reputable businesses, Midas is much higher. The shocks I wanted installed, 3 shops quoted 1 hour and Midas quoted 2 hours. This translated to over 50% more in cost. I paid $160 compared to over $400. So value would be a great help along with true hourly estimates.

I’d I’m paying almost 100 dollars to have a used car inspected before I purchase it, I expect the inspection to be thorough. After realizing later that the brake light was out it makes me wonder what else could have been missed and what did I pay for.

The young lady that booked my appointment was great. She also greeted me when I arrived and explained everything to me. She was very knowledgeable and kind. The gentleman mechanic was also very good in explaining things to me. They figured out and fixed my problem with the parking brake. I chose this place because my regular mechanic was not able to see me for over a week. I initially felt that I was taking a chance by going to Midas to service my Mercedes van. However, they were wonderful. I will definitely be going back.

I had an appointment for 7:30. The location did not open until after 8 am. I was told if I have a service done I would not be charged for the brake inspection. I have both front and rear brakes done and was still chrged.
Friendly staff, and very receptive to performing exactly the service I would like performed (parking brake adjustment). Adjustment was done perfectly... even though they do not see them very often! It was easy, hassle free, and overall enjoyable. I'll be back!

However, an employee told me he could get them onsite for me. I was in disbelief at first. but he continued to say that he could have what I needed on site in an hour or so. I will have to return for a recheck of one service. but overall, I was highly satisfied, as all four of my tires needed/ had to be replaced. Their customer service was appreciated.
Make sure that the price that you quote at the time the paperwork is signed is the actual price that will be charged. Your employees should know the price of the various services and it should not change after the vehicle is taken in for service.

Well the staff was very nice they told me up front that they didn't have the oil filter and they had to go get it then my air filter was horribly dirty and didn't have it in stock so the lady that was helping me out drove to the dealership to get the air filter
I walked in and Mike was on top of the service that I was to get! It took maybe 45 minutes to get everything done and there was about 5 people in front of me. They had cold water and coffee products for the customers waiting. I was extremely happy with my dealings!! The cost was a little high but I had to get wiper blades also and those things are always expensive. So overall it was a great experience. My wife and I were involved in a "hit and run" traffic accident on Friday afternoon, 7/22/22 @ approx. 3:20PM. It happened right in front of this Midas Store, during a thunderstorm. As you can imagine, we were pretty shook up. Your Store Managers, Mike and Sheila, were extremely kind and helpful to us. The invited us into the store reception area to get out of the rain and keep cool from the summer's heat, while we waited for the police to arrive. They also offered to put our car up on the lift to double check for any unseen front-end suspension damage. Even a number of their employees were supportive and helpful to us. I can't tell you how much we appreciate the generosity shown by Mike, Sheila and the Team at Midas.
No upselling. I prefer that. Long time mechanic and I don't need to have a technician talking me into barely needed repairs or service. An air filter change was recommended but highly needed so I approved the additional work. I'm a loyal customer when I find a place I like. I'll even pay a higher price than some of the low rent discount places.

Well I live on Orlando and have been going to the Midas located on South Orange Blossom Trail for yrs. Been thru several different owners but the service has always been good and I’ve always felt taken care of . I was up in Jax , Fl. visiting my Mom when I my vehicle was losing coolant and overheating and the Midas on Atlantic Blvd. took care of me . I went there with that expectation and that’s exactly what I got in return . I would definitely recommend either Midas location to anyone who is looking for a place to have maintenance or large repairs done to their vehicles ...
