she quoted 346 for the part and 46 for the service. I was charged $441 and she tried to add in the diagnostic of $119, which I reminded her that she said was free if I scheduled service. She tried it, but I made her pull it off. Part was higher and install was higher--she is a real ripper.
The manager took me to see my problem. Showed me how it was going to be fixed. Told me 45 minutes, it was fixed in half that time. I’m definitely coming back. I feel confident that they know what they are doing and that I won’t be ripped off.

You could either have my filter in stock, or have the ability to get my filter. Suggesting that i go to my dealer, buy the filter, and bring to Midas, to do my oil change is not going to work. I was charged $69 for break bleeding and $25 for shop supplies. These were not included in the quote. Felt like I was swindled.
They did not do a 4 wheel tire rotation and they did not check the pressure for my tires and after I left I had less tire pressure in one of my tires so the warning light came on my car and I had to put air in all my tires, I will not go back to this location

As a woman I feel completely duped. I went in for squeaking brakes. $3600 later was told “we can’t put your breaks back together, but we offer financing” which WAS NOT explained to me. Now I’m stuck with $200+ coming out of every paycheck of mine. I do not have that. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I am insanely sick to my stomach with that way I was taken advantage of.

Does 3 hours of labor equate to almost $1000?If so to #3, I will never recommend or return to midas. Do the math and refund me the excess charge.The service performed seems to have been great. The price does not match up. You do not get paid for an estimates full price if you get it done in half the time.
