It was a pleasant experience. My family has been going to this Midas for years because of location, but they keep up because of the service provided.

They always explain exactly what is needed and the cost. They always do a test drive to make sure the car is running smoothly.

The lady that helped me was very helpful and made sure I was out in time so I can attend a prior appointment.

Speed up your service. Your employees at the counter are the best thing about this place. The way your car is serviced is absolutely ridiculous. Other people in the waiting room were complaining as well. I waited 2.5 hours for my service to get my car back In horrible condition. I could tell immediately it wasn’t driving correctly on top of several lights came on my dashboard. I brought it back to have to wait another hour and a half and that was only because of my patience wearing thin and bugging the ladies at the front. I felt that the price I was charged to replace my battery was way over a reasonable price. I had to pay over $280 to have my battery replaced. Speaking with friends, they agree that the price was extremely excessive, and that many places don't even charge a fee for the replacement (labor). If it had not been an emergency, I would never have come to Midas. On a previous visit, I was given a repair estimate that was also very high, and when I took the car to my regular mechanic he did the work for way less than half the Midas estimate. I feel that Midas is a rip-off, sadly. On the plus side, the reception staff are very nice and friendly.

I bought a coupon through Groupon that suggested oil rotation and change, general maintenance for my car, additional in the purchase I paid for the alignment of my car. In the end they tell me that they didn't refill my car's basic fluids because they needed a flush. My car has 30,000 miles and it was instantly serviced by another mechanic who refilled my fluids without a problem, they didn't throw away my tires but they didn't compensate me for another one either. side because they were "worn out" another mechanic checked them and said they were in good condition, they never put a sticker on my car with the next oil change which does it until valvoline NEVER EVER IN THIS PLACE, Groupon allows you to detect good places to that you become loyal and create a long-term relationship. Unfortunately it won't be, apart from that the lady at the front desk was very kind.

Earl and the female worker, cannot remember her name but she wore glasses, were extremely kind and professional. They are well informed and treat customers with respect. They are an asset to your team.

Vechicle was on the lifts a hour 20 mins not being worked on but the company charges major money by the hour other mechanics dealers don’t take 3-4 hours to replace brakes and rotors and they accept there Groupons and coupons this location did not accept the Groupon for my vechicle as stated nor did it for 3 other customers that wanted to use it disappointed I was a first time customer received over a thousand dollar bill for brakes and rotors just for the rear only 🤦🏽‍♀️

When I called for oil change, They said they were running a special at 69.99 for the month for syncetic oil plus tax. It turned out to be 122.45. Totally not right at all, They even said that I needed another plug and I disagreed. It was only the seal but they went and charged additional 15.00 and the list goes on.

I came in around 11 am because my car was shutting down but when I tried to crank it up it started running again so I was very close to that store so I stopped by. After they inspected the car I was told that I needed a battery. I purchased a battery about 7 are 8 months ago from the Midas store on 27th Ave so it was still under warranty..Then they told me I needed a new oil pan because mine was damaged and leaking oil..I waited there about 5 hours just for them to tell me that the oil pan was not going to be there until tomorrow I had to rent a car to get home and for my wife to get to work that night the rental caused me a extra 69 dollars..My vehicle was not ready until about 2 pm the next day that was unavailable

This is my 3rd time going to this Midas location and each time Judy makes such a breeze. She explains everything well, is willing to go beyond whats expected for the customer and treats you like she has known you forever.

Tires took an extra day to arrive. I would have brought in the car the next day had I known.

If you like to expend double the money on Tire Installation just go to Midas.It was my fault trusting Midas and thinking that just because it was close to my house it was the best deal to install 4 new tires. Midas charged me $200 plus taxes and after I did it is when I realize that Midas's Competitors like Tire Plus or Tire Kingdom charge only $79 and $80 plus taxes for the same service.Manager did not price match as courtesy because I already had my tires installed.One less costumer for Midas.This was my google review.

Went in for a flat repair. Price advertised was $35 but was charged $45 because of the rim size (22, which is stock for my truck). That plus shop supplies and tax was closer to $55 total. A bit expensive but overall, good experience.

First of all I arrived at 7.50 before opening with a flat tire, I was the sencond on the line and I took more than 1 and a half hour to get an estimate, the receptionist told me was going to take 45 min, after giving me a 3 pages quote of $305 ans explaining my tire was "ireparable", I asked them to please put my spare, wich they did and charged me $42, I went to Family Tires pembroke pines across the street, they repaired the tire in 20 min and charged me $19. I feel disrespected and fooled for your company, instead of having fancy envelopes and quotes ypu should treat your customers with respect, the chance of the spare after making waste almost 2 hours waiting should have been complementary not charged

I was over charged for a simple oil changed. I paid $115 dollars for an oil change when a local family owned businesses wouldn’t have changed me that much! I was told my windshield fluid would be filled I was willing to pay even more out of pocket for it but I was told that it would already be done being that it’s protocol. And just to my least bit of surprise it wasn’t refilled.

Associate at the desk made sure that I did a lot of my 30K maintenance fluid changes and was aware of some tire changes and wiper changes that I would need to make soon. No pressure in terms of what they suggested either.

There must always be room for improvement. Other than forgetting to reset my dashboard clock, the service was very good. The clock was reset when I returned.

The prices of the parts were double if not triple original market value. It was explained the warranty was the cause of it. They did try and help lower the price a bit but still 100% markup for warranty doesn’t sit too well with me as the customer. Everything else was fair. Labor costs was understandable. Timing was quick.

I was a walk-in and the associate Judie was extremely helpful. She heard the problem I was having with my car and help me through the whole process. Mechanics were helpful and explained everything that they had to do to my vehicle.

Judie the front desk person needs dire training on customer experience. She has been rude to me where she would walk away as I am still talking to her politely. Her behavior changes based on the presence of other customers. I did not feel any empathy from any the professionals unless asked for. In the last visit, Erwin even approached me with an intimidating tone.The technical persons are incompetent to throughly understand the issue and fix it at one shot. They would call me and say the car is ready to pick up and I will have to cut my work hours to walk up there just to realize that they have done half-a$$ work. I have the Invoice numbers if you want to get into the details. Oh by the way, this happened in all of my 3 visits. I can tell that the left-hand is not talking to the right-hand properly in this very tiny facility. Over-priced + Under delivered = Midas at Pembroke Pines

Had my tires rotated and they broke my tire pressure sensor. Never gave me an option to have it repaired. Took my car to the dealer and end up paying $300 for repair.

I came in for a vehicle inspection. I was the second person there and first for an inspection. The girl behind the counter askwd me to fill out infortion on the inspection sheet. She took my keys then asked me to wait. Now I understand that midas does this

I usually go to this Midas for my oil changes and services. When I had to go back to the dealership for a safety recall they checked over my entire car and ask me where I do my service because they could not believe how perfect everything was in my engine.

Waited for 3 hours without any update on my vehicle status. Once I stepped in to say something the mechanic was off to lunch. Plus Midas labor fees is just ridiculous. Multiple ppl walked out the shop.

I went in to have my battery changed. They charged me $191 when that same battery was only $99 at Sear's.. Not even a mile up the road. Then they wanted to charged $100 labor and Sear's was only $75. Not even remotely fair pricing.
